Zeer plezierig ontvangst, aardig echtpaar, en prima faciliteiten met geweldig uitzicht op het (veel) lager gelegen Sölden. Eigen verwarmd skihok en ruim voldoende privé parkeergelegenheid.
Heeft eigenlijk niet met de accommodatie te maken, maar wel belangrijk voor wintersporters. 50 meter verderop stopt de gratis skibus, maar deze gast slechts één keer per uur. Retour idem. Lopen kan qua afstand, maar de weg naar beneden, dus dus ook terug, is zéér steil. Wij kozen ervoor om met de auto naar de grote parkeergarage te rijden en ondanks dat dat eigenlijk niet bedoeling was, was dat prima te doen.

The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The appliances were new, almost unused, and perfect for easy meal preparation. Everything was tidy and extremely lovely.

This accommodation is wonderful. Beautifully equipped, comfortable, clean and with fantastic views over the valley and Sölden town. Our host was very friendly and informative. He met us at the property and showed us around, explained how everything worked and treated us to his home made schnapps! There is free parking outside the house and a stylish sauna & relax room you can enjoy every evening from 17:00. The ski-bus goes just outside the house to Giggijoch gondola, where you can also rent ski equipment. Our host gave us a 10% discount voucher at Intersport, which was much appreciated (if you pre-book on-line you can enjoy a 15% discount).
It is good to know that the property is approx 15 minutes (without skis) walk up a very steep slope, in case you get carried away at the After Ski and miss the last ski-bus at 17.30 you have a hard trek ahead of you ...Or a 3 minute and €12 taxi ride! If you want to go out to dinner you will need to walk or take a taxi as there are no buses in the evening. We cooked at home every night so it was not an issue for us, but if you want to frequent the night clubs - be prepared to get some late night exercise or pay to get home. It is also good to know that the ski-bus from the property only goes to Giggijoch gondola. There is an Intersport at the gondola where you should rent (if renting) and they also offer a free depot so you can leave your equipment there instead of lugging it on the bus.

Our host was waiting for us and was very helpful; even helping to put our child’s ski boots on. The flat are a great size and there is a free bus directly to the ski lift. We enjoyed it so much last year, we came again!
