A wonderful apartment, very spacious, with separate living room and bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, with plenty of kitchenware. Amazing cleanliness, very close to ski lift. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Exceptional

Excellent place for enjoying outdoor activities! We recommend! The location of Haus Romana is great, 2 minutes walk from the Gaislachkogel lift and a bus stop. Next to the apartment is a bakery and a good restaurant. The owner Sylvia was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the best pizzeria, bike rental, hiking trails and even breathtaking via ferrata. We made a reservation for the apartment for 2 persons but the owner gave us even more spacious and bigger apartment. It was very lovely and cozy, good equipped, perfectly clean. Nice terrace, where in the afternoons we could drink coffee and plan the activities for the next day. We spend an amazing week fulfilled with unforgettable adventures.

I can highly recommend the accommodation and the location, we were completely satisfied.

The location of the accommodation near the cable car is very convenient. I highly appreciate complete privacy. The landlord is a very nice and helpful person (speaks also English). It is not a problem to contact her with any requirements. The telephone connection or sending of the SMS worked best. The equipment of the accommodation is good, the dishwasher was welcome. Although it is a small accommodation (on the ground floor), it is enough for two people. Unlike other accommodation, the beds had lamps with LED lighting, so you could read in the evening. Parking without problems. The advantage was also the proximity of various shops and bus stops. There is a rich selection of various trips, hikes, and it is also a paradise for cross-country cyclists (their paths separated from hikers). It is definitely worth getting the Ötztal Premium Card or Ötztal Card for several days (a ticket for cable cars, buses, a ticket to the excellent motorcycle museum in Hochgurgl, for example). Very pleasantly spent two weeks.

The WiFi connection worked, but there were sometimes outages and the need to log in again. It was not a major problem, but perhaps it could be improved. My main reason was that one can plan trips well via the Internet.

Eine Woche Skiurlaub mit Unterkunft fußläufig zur Bergbahn

Top Lage zur Gaislachkogel Bahn...einmal mit Ski über den Parkplatz laufen und man ist schon am Lift. Bäcker ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke mit top Preisen und leckeren Brötchen.

Fantastisch

Het was schoon, rustig en gastvrouw en gast heer waren erg vriendelijk en makkelijk benaderbaar. De appartement was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de bedden sliepen lekker. We hadden mooi uitzicht op de bergen met geluid van de rivier op de achtergrond. We zaten heel centraal en naast de lift. De auto kon je goed parkeren. En met de summerpas kon je gaan en staan waar je wilde. Voor ons gezin was het genieten.

We werden vriendelijk begroet door Sylvia. Mooie ,nette kamer. Alles aanwezig. Wij hadden kamer 4 op de gelijkvloers. Was top,vanuit de kamer kon je zo op het terras vertoeven. Gelegen dichtbij het centrum en toch rustig.

Alles was in orde.

Mooi appartement, gelegen vlakbij het centrum. Makkelijk parkeren bij de accommodatie. We hadden een klein hondje bij. We hadden een appartement op de begane grond met een terras en tuin aan. Dit was zeer makkelijk voor ons hondje. Waarschijnlijk ook een aanrader in de winterperiode gezien men direct aan de skilift is. De eigenares heeft ons een volledige uitleg gegeven over de faciliteiten van het appartement. Nadien was er weinig contact. Ook bij het uitchecken was er weinig communicatie. We zijn vertrokken en hebben de deur van het appartement achter ons dicht getrokken en naar eigen goeddunken de sleutel op de deur laten zitten. Er was een bakker en een restaurant zeer dichtbij wat ook een pluspunt is.

Misschien iets meer communicatie tijdens het verloop van het verblijf?

Top Unterkunft 🤗

Positives Fazit: Ruhige, moderne und sehr schöne kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Ich würde diese definitiv erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei Problemen in der Unterkunft oder sollte etwas bzgl. Ausstattung fehlen. Ein Parkplatz pro Wohnung steht an der Unterkunft kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Aus meiner Sicht nichts negatives. 😃
