excellent location, friendly staff and good facilities

the location is excellent. 5 minutes to bus stops and 3 minutes to the tourist information. its also not far to supermarkets and shops. The reception office staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was also great

more hangers and hooks in the bedrooms and toilet for clothes and accessories

Gute Lage, durchschnittliche Ausstattung

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer

Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein, es gibt z.B. keinen Toaster, keine Nespresso-Maschine, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten/Schränke, nichtmal einen Schrank für das Geschirr. Das Management könnte auch besser sein. Bei uns ist Nachts um 2 ohne Grund der Feueralarm im Haus losgegangen. Der Alarm lief die ganze Nacht durch. Das stellt niemand ab.

Gut aber von der Ausstattung sehr viel Luft nach oben

Die Mitarbeiter beim Check-In sind sehr nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist neu und Modern.

Leider ist die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr "lieblos". Es gibt keine Garderobe, im Zimmer keine Ablagen, der Fernseher ist viel zu klein und komisch positioniert, das Sofa und der Tisch dazu viel zu klein.

Nie polecam

Niestety nasz pobyt został całkowicie zepsuty przez bardzo poważny incydent oraz niewłaściwą reakcję obsługi. Podczas normalnego korzystania z prysznica szyba kabiny nagle eksplodowała i roztrzaskała się na setki kawałków, powodując u mnie obrażenia. Natychmiast zgłosiłyśmy to obsłudze i wysłałyśmy zdjęcia – zarówno szkła, jak i ran. Obiekt zapewnił nas, że pokój zostanie od razu posprzątany, ponieważ szkło było dosłownie wszędzie. Po powrocie okazało się jednak, że pokój wcale nie został uprzątnięty, a drzwi były zostawione otwarte, mimo że nasze rzeczy znajdowały się w środku. Było to skrajnie nieodpowiedzialne. Kiedy ponownie poprosiłyśmy o pomoc, pracownik odkurzył wyłącznie łazienkę, pozostawiając odłamki szkła w pozostałej części pokoju. Cała sytuacja była bardzo stresująca i niebezpieczna. Kabina prysznicowa nie powinna się rozpaść podczas normalnego użytkowania, a reakcja obsługi była niewystarczająca i nieprofesjonalna. Czułyśmy się zignorowane, a nasze bezpieczeństwo nie zostało potraktowane poważnie. Nie polecam tego obiektu, szczególnie ze względu na brak odpowiedniej reakcji na poważny incydent i lekceważenie podstawowych standardów bezpieczeństwa.

Schöne Wohnung aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ganz zu den umliegenden Spa Unterkünften

Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden.

Im Dachgeschoss die Dusche hat eine fehlende Türe, nach dem duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Außerdem gibt es nicht genug Parkplätze - nicht für jede Wohneinheit ist einer direkt an der Unterkunft verfügbar. Keine Seife am Handwaschbecken und für 2 Personen nur 2 kleine Tüten Duschgel.

Sotto casa i parcheggi non bastavano per tutti gli appartamenti. Fortunatamente poi ci hanno dato un parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi .

Eine Schmutzschale für Schuhe fehlt. Eine Möglichkeit den Boden während des Aufenthalts zu reinigen fehlt (Staubsauger, Besen mit Stil etc.)

Tolles Angebot für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden!

Äußerst empfehlenswert! Tolle Lage, nahe dem Stadtzentrum, der Flusspromenade, Geschäften aller Art und der Seilbahn. Die Zimmer sind groß und innen ist alles neu.

Sie sollten mehr „Sommerkarten“ der Region fördern oder in den Preis einbeziehen. Tolles Angebot. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Die Lage, das Personal an der Rezeption, der Ausblick, die qualitativ gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber

Es dürfte ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche in der Wohnung geben, ein Tisch im zweiten Zimmer, eine Kommode im Wohnbereich, sowie im Bad ein Brett für die Kosmetikartikel und Haken an der Wand ( auch im Flur) wären die perfekte Ergänzung. Außerdem wäre ein Wäscheständer, sowie ein Besen/Staubsauger auch von Vorteil gewesen.

Alles neu und sauber. Zentrale Lage

In der Küche fehlte ein Vorhang zum zuziehen. Im Badezimmer war das Rohr des Waschbecken undicht, so dass Wasser in den Schrank gelaufen ist. Zimmer Top3, falls ihr das beheben wollt.
