The modern apartment house in the heart of Sölden is located directly on the Oetztaler Ache, only 250 m from the Giggijochbahn valley station - but you can only hear the rushing of the river. The elegantly designed apartments are equipped with all amenities for a carefree holiday. The warm-toned colors of the furnishings made of lots of wood combined with murals from nature give you an alpine ambience as soon as you arrive. A highlight is the outdoor pool with adjacent mountain panorama roof terrace. Swim and chill with a view of the mountains of the Oetztal! Sölden is a place where it doesn't take long to adapt to the sporty, active environment. Solden moves! The town in the upper Oetztal is also the largest municipality in Austria in terms of area and the Mecca of skiers, especially in winter. But Sölden (1,368 m above sea level) is also very popular in summer.

Sehr schönes und großes Apartment. Am Bett ist jedoch kein Leselicht, es gibt nur ein allgemeines Licht im Schlafzimmer. Der Platz im Apartment ist genial.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort. Leider wird der Pool im Spa Bereich vermehrt von Rauchern und zum Alkoholgenuss missbraucht. Es gibt keine „Aufsicht“ und so duldet man das Geschehen! Das wird einem Haus auf dem Level nicht gerecht…
Ansonsten, alles super!
