For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 600 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.2 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Ski lift 200 m, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
