In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 150 m. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "Sölden Innerwald" 450 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.4 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkogl 1.5 km, Giiggijoch 2.8 km, Hochgurgl 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 32 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Note: Only one parking space is available per apartment. Leuk huisje net buiten het dorp. Vanwege de ligging en de garage voor de fietsen is het een goed huisje voor diegene die voor het bikepark komen. Het huisje zelf is niet heel luxe maar de bedden, keuken en douche zijn gewoon goed.
