Brand new hotel with super comfortable rooms.

Brand new hotel, great beds & pillows, great showers and sparkling clean everything. Was easy to get in and find the keys, but it took a bit of time to do so, as I hadn't received a check-in guideline prior so had to call the owners on their phone. Otherwise super easy to find and enter.

If you have a room on the ground floor, there will be early morning noise due to the early breakfast, but nothing too crazy

Superb

The room was clean and comfortable. We also had a big balcony. The host was friendly and quick to help. The location is convenient, though you need to walk a bit until you reach the central part of the city/sports facilities.

There was construction work right across the street from the hotel during my stay, so it was rather noisy. We stayed in the hotel during a hiking trip and would have appreciated getting hot water for free.

Modern reseption/breakfast place, nice staff with good english, location only 10min walk to centrum, room was big.

Room was old, A/C could be much better, view from the room, breakfast not the most diverse and you had to ask more cheese, juice etc. from the staff. Rooms toilet's door couldn't be totally closed.

Very clean, cozy room with all the needed facilities. The hotel is located a few minutes from the mountain lift and the scenery from the window is fascinating. The hotel also provides you with useful discounts for equipment rental and your visit to the Aqua Dom and Freizeit Arena. But the best about our stay were the people of the place. Thank you very much for your hospitality, kindness and your support in these difficult times! We hope to see you again in this beautiful place. The pillows were too big and hard. And I personally like a double mattress to be a double mattress and not two singles where you fall down the middle when cuddling your partner 😊
