Then apartment was very good, up above Solden with nice balcony and excellent views of the valley and the mountains. It is walking distance to the red run down to Giggijoch, close enough to classify as ski in ski out if you can manage the red. Well-equipped for self-catering, comfy couch which conveniently is also a sleeper and provides some flexibility on sleeping arrangements if needed. We had a missing shelf in the fridge door and the maintenance guy scrambled around pronto to find a replacement, and we asked for other pillows which were promptly sent over. Plenty of room in the ski storage and nice to have a sauna / steam room downstairs. Convenient laundry service provided by dropping off at the main reception in town - not too costly either. We asked for more room keys - no problem

Some minor items: The restaurant downstairs is popular and makes good pizza but the smell does permeate the corridors (at least on 1st floor). Fortunately not into the unit. Suggest extra extraction fans / doors to the restaurant kitchen. The wifi kicks you off each time you go out. The room key doesn't work until the exact check-in time

Nice appartements in nice quiet building with sauna compex

Location is not super great. You have to walk quite some distance to the slopes with your equipment. Sofa bed is not so comfortable for an adult.

Wonderful stay!

Staff was very friendly at the incheck, wonderful views from the appartment, good layout and spacious.

It is quite far from the gondola with a bus only going every 45 minutes from 08:15 till 11:00 and back until 17:00 max.. you can walk in combination with the city lift, but with elderly people it is a challenge.

the size of the rooms was spacious . the scenery was amazing

the pillows were almost non existent the towels were small and old, non absorbent no cleaning at all or linen change for a two week stay - only at a cost ! it was hard to get thru and /or communicate with the secretary , there was no one onsite there was not enough parking , there is a popular restaurant on the bottom

We came in late, so keys were left in a lockbox in town. worked out really well.

I really thought I was booking a place that had easy access to the slopes. It didn't. There was supposed to be a ski bus that made access convenient, but I only saw it once (this was mid-April, so getting close to end of season, but still), and it was hard to get info on it's schedule/stop locations. The walk to the lift was by no means short. The location is up the mountainside so it's peaceful, but the flip side is the inconvenience.

My first visit to Sölden. Clean, modern apartment with comfy beds and good showers. Fantastic views.

Location was good but we mostly used the car to save time getting to the lockers and lift. This did mean we had spectacular views though as we were elevated and parking was free at the bottom of the lift. The buses looked frequent and easy to use along the main road in town. We did use the funicular up from the main street a few times and this stops about a 10 minute (not too steep) walk from the apartment. Lift passes cover this but there were no ticket barriers anyway. If you check in/get your key cards first, you might get a 10% discount (flyer) off ski hire. We checked in afterwards so lucked out on this.

The apartment could use a few more kitchen items like cheese grater and a good sized salad bowl. A second under sink bin for recycling would be handy. We only had 5 wine glasses but fortunately only 4 adults in our group.

Nice and quiet appartment on the hill side of town - newly refurbished with nice and clean kitchen and bathroom. Super nice Italian restaurant in entry level of building and OK parking facilities. All in all a very nice place to stay for the holidays :)

No staff on site, we have found room uncleaned with a full garbage bin smelling like ..., were told after complained , it all will be fixed tomorrow. And garbage was indeed taken away, but floors still... Excuse from a managing company was “... sorry, we are hiring a cleaning service ....”

Lage direkt zwischen den Hauptskiliften, Wellnessbereich, Restaurant im EG, separate Lagerung der Skisachen, ausreichende Größe der Wohnung

Ausstattung innerhalb der Wohnung unvollständig (wenige Messer, keine funktionierende Schere), relativ hellhörig durch große Gruppen, die mehrere Zimmer im Haus gebucht haben, relativ dunkel durch wenige Lampen, Nutzung der Unterkunft erst ab 16 Uhr am Anreisetag, Reinigungspersonal war nicht besonders freundlich

Super Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Sehr modern. Haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und es gibt noch einen zweiten Parkplatz etwas versteckt weiter unten, falls mal vor dem Haus nichts frei ist. Talabfahrt theoretisch zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man nicht mit dem Skibus oder Auto zur Gondel fahren möchte.

Fantastyczny apartament na wzgórzu nad miasteczkiem

Bardzo wygodny, przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżka, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Na dole sauna. Z balkonu piękny widok na całe Solden. Przed budynkiem parking.

Byliśmy na zakończenie sezonu narciarskiego i niestety restauracja, która mieści się w budynku jest już zamknięta. Zresztą całe Solden jak wymarłe - wszystkie knajpki pozamykane, więc po nartach nie można pójść na kolację - zostaje tylko własna kuchnia w apartamencie.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Appartment!

Super tolles Appartment-Haus! Schon vor der Reise wurden wir ausreichend informiert und uns wurde ein Brötchen-Service zur Lieferung in die Unterkunft angeboten. Die Lage ist auch super, direkt über Sölden, sodass man in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum war - dennoch ruhig gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über Sölden. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc. alles vor Ort. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad - wirklich super! Der Wellnessbereich war mit einer Sauna, Dampfbad und ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet. Das Skigebiet war zum Saisonende Ende April wirklich leer und wir hatten die Pisten fast für uns alleine :) A CASA Unterkünfte kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Leider hatte das Restaurant, was sich in der Unterkunft befindet, geschlossen. Allerdings muss ich dazu sagen, dass wir zum Saisonende Ende April da waren und bereits viele Hotels / Restaurants etc. geschlossen waren. Das war aber kein Problem, weil es einige wenige Lokale gab, die noch geöffnet hatten :) Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden :)
