The apartment layout was excellent. The location is a long way above the town and difficult to get to without a car. The ski bus only goes every 45 minutes. However, we were able to walk (fairly flat) 200m to the ski slope, which took us down to the Giggijoch Tal gondola. We returned the same way. Not exactly ski-in-ski-out but not bad.
Whilst the agents, Acasa, were efficient, I was bombarded with e-mails and did not find the on-line check-in user friendly.

Rather complete equiped appartement and well kept
During a full week no new sheets or towels (possible at high additional costs and no cleaning. No reception at the premises so all by phone or email

Comfortable apartment, with a complete kitchen, right next to the bus stop that takes you directly to the gondola. Also only a 8 mins walk from the funicular for when the bus is not running. We took the bus every morning, and were at the gondola in 5 mins and took the funicular back, In total it won’t take you more than 15 mins.
Our apartment was next to the kitchen of a pizzeria. While the noise was not as much of an issue as we expected, it did smell like pizza in one of the rooms and the apartment. Also, for the price, you’d expect some basic amenities such as soap, shampoo body wash and etc. They also charge 10 euros for a new set of towels. Not that we needed it, but it cheapens the experience after paying a premium price. First time I’ve experienced this in Austria at this price level.

It was new
No staff on site, we have found room uncleaned with a full garbage bin smelling like ..., were told after complained , it all will be fixed tomorrow. And garbage was indeed taken away, but floors still... Excuse from a managing company was “... sorry, we are hiring a cleaning service ....”
