The best accommodation me and my friends stayed in during our ski adventures in the last 17 years

The block of apartments could not be located in any better spot. You leave the front doors put on a snowboard and you are already on the slopes. The apartments were modern, clean, well equipped and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The spa section was just icing on the cake. I used the pool and sauna everyday and it helped so much with a recovery after long days on the slopes. I have been organising snowboarding trips for a large group of friends for 17 years now and everyone who attended would agree this was the best place we have ever stayed in so far.

We had to collect the keys from the office in town. It was not difficult but I think customer experience could be improved here by either having a desk/reception in the building or by having the doors with the codes that could be used.

A really nice time in great accommodation and fantastic location

Fantastic location right on the slope down to the gondola, super clean apartment, plenty of space and good amount of dishes and cups in the kitchen.

It would have been nice to have an extra pillow, I need two for a good night's sleep. I think the ski room could be a big bigger and the swimming pool a little hotter 😀

Awesome modern apartment with lot of space

New/modern apartment in a very good location – in the winter you are directly on the ski slope. The rooftop swimming pool and sauna are also great. Kitchen is very well equipped. We got a very large apartment with three separate bathrooms in the third floor with a very nice view to the mountains. If I go to Solden, I will definitely come again.

There was no hole drilled in the kitchen shelf for the microwave's power cord, so we had to move it to the counter and plug it into an outlet. This was probably because the apartment is brand new and this detail was overlooked during the finishing work :-) Silverfish occasionally appeared on the bathroom floor at night. These bugs tend to stay where there is higher humidity.

Spring hiking holidays

Nestled in the breathtaking Ötztal Alps, the apartment we stayed in at Sölden offered an unforgettable alpine experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the magnificent panoramic views—snow-capped peaks, lush medows, and the peaceful beauty of grazing sheep. Waking up each morning to such a view felt like something out of a postcard. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. The rooms were bright and airy, with large windows that brought the mountain landscape indoors. One of the standout features was the absolute peace and quiet. Despite being just a short distance from Sölden’s lively center, the apartment is perfect for a restful holiday. No traffic noise, no crowds—just the gentle sounds of nature and the occasional cowbell echoing from the hills. The apartment was well equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The beds were cozy and wide. We really appreciated the higher number of towels provided in the apartment compared to what is usually offered in hotels. An undeniable advantage is the cable car access right at the building's doorstep -> easy trips to the lively center.

A small drawback was the absence of a vacuum cleaner, which would have been useful during a longer stay. Additionally, I was surprised that the office staff xeroed my credit card upon arrival, as this is not something I typically expect and would have appreciated prior notice - a simple hold on a credit card would have been better.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location.

The apartment was in a great location on the slopes. A free shuttle takes you down to the town. Apartments were in great condition and perfect for a family of 4. The heated pool and sauna were a real bonus after a day on the slopes, with a stunning view. Also loved the fact that the bakery delivered every morning.

As we were there the last week of the ski season, the restaurant and bar were closed and it was 15 minute walk to the cable car. Just a few essentials missing from the apartment, such as soap, tongues and a plug in the sink. Soap was a problem, as supermarkets were closed for 2 days at Easter!

Estancia perfecta, sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Sölden

Muy grande, bonito, nuevo y cómodo. Cocina muy bien equipada, instalaciones perfectas.

Para bajar al pueblo hay que coger un ascensor y este cierra a las 21:00h . Muy justo de horario para cenar en restaurante y volver a tiempo para no tener que subir andando.

Waanzinnig mooi!

Wij waren hier in de zonovergoten herfstvakantie, eerst kregen we een appartement in de kelder. Wat helemaal prima is tijdens een wintersport, maar tijdens mooie dagen jammer vanwege een ingesloten balkon en zonder uitzicht. Hierover hebben we gemaild en we mochten meteen verhuizen naar een ander appartement. Dit was waanzinnig mooi! We hebben hier zo enorm genoten! Dit was het mooiste appartement waar ik ooit een vakantie heb mogen beleven! Dankjewel voor deze service! Tevens is de shuttle naast de deur zo fijn, die brengt je in 2 minuten midden in het dorp! Top!

Prachtig appartement

Prachtig, groot appartement. Ruim en volledig ingericht en slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. We hadden een appertement (Top 13) op de bovenste verdieping en dat is zeker aan te raden. Daar kun je genieten van mooi uitzicht. Op de lagere verdiepingen kijk je deels tegen het gebouw van de buren. Het warme zwembad op het dakterras en de spa zijn voortreffelijk. Heerlijk na een dagje wandelen. Het gebouw ligt hoger dan het centrum, maar met de kabellift direct naast het gebouw erg makkelijk te bereiken.

Hier hebben we niets te melden.

Schoon, ruim appartement, maar neem je eigen zout en kussens mee

Mooi, schoon, ruim appartement. Goed georganiseerde afvalruimte. Shuttle naar het centrum direct naast uitgang.

Ik mistte een droogrek voor de natte badkleding en handoeken en een zoutvaatje in de keuken voor de gekookte eitjes. Voor ons waren de kussens veel te zacht, we hebben ze moeten dubbelvouwen voor enig support.

Wspaniały apartament. Cisza, czyste powietrze. Apartament wspaniale wyposażony. Wszystko nowe i czyste. Łazienka Super. Trzeba dodać, że pomimo położenia na stoku, dotarcie do centrum jest łatwe i szybkie. Bezpośrednio przy budynku znajduje się przystanek kolejki, która bezpłatnie dowozi osoby w tym także że sprzętem sportowym w dół i górę.

Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Bedden perfect. Ontbrekende dingen in keuken werden meteen aangevuld na een telefoontje.

Geen koffie of thee mini voorraad bij aankomst. Vaak kom je laat aan en dan is koffie/thee wel fijn.

Die Lage war super schön und drei Bäder sind spitze.

Das Sofa ist sehr durchgesessen und unbequem. Kann man definitiv nicht als Schlafsofa nutzen.

Goede hygiëne Luxe ruime appartement Prachtig netjes zwembad en wellness

Door het grote raam was er prachtig uitzicht maar ook felle zon. Er was geen zonwering. Hier door werd het appartement heel erg warm en was de feel zon bij het ontbijt erg vervelend. Tevens was alles gesloten : restaurant, apres ski en ski verhuur. Dit was niet duidelijk vermeld op de site. Plastic snijplanken zijn onhygiënisch en ongezond. Bakpapier zou fijn zijn als dat aanwezig zou zijn om de oven schoon te houden.

Ruim en proper appartement, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Je kan skiën tot aan de deur. Lift voor naar centrum is er vlakbij. Er is een broodservice zodat je niet elke morgen nog naar de bakker hoeft. Sauna en zwembad was een pluspunt.

Handdoeken worden niet vervangen en je hebt maar 1 set per persoon. Het water is zwembad was wat te koud.
