Perfect stay in Sölden

We have stayed there as a family of three with our 1,5 year old son. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, very well equipped, well located. The equipments in the kitchen were well thought, I was able to find everything I need to cook. Also having a supermarket within walking distance made our stay very convenient. We appreciate the friendly and professional hospitality. We would stay there again for our next trip.

Lutonia is literally a few steps from the "Zentrum Shuttle" lift. Returning from the slopes takes literally 5 minutes on foot. Really friendly and helpful host!

Nice, well equipped kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, filter coffeemaker, microwave owen, dishwasheer and extensive choice of various kitchen utensils. The SPAR supermarket is 100 m away. The neares rockbar is 10 (ten!!!) m away. The skilift is across the street - 50 metres. 150 m away is a bus stop from where one can reach all other skilifts in Soelden and Obergurgl. Great high quality bed linen WiFi - and it works and it hispeed! The owner, Frau Andrea Linser is kind and very helpful Me, my wife and our dog very liked this place

WiFi. The connection works the way one is re-routed to a log-in site where one keys-in login and PW. That is OK for smartphones and PC, but doesn't works for gadgets like Apple TV.

Die Ferienwohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtet und liegt direkt am Zentrum Shuttle der Talstation. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns samt Hund wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Tolle Gastgeber, nettes Apartment, super Lage

Nettes Apartment mit tollen Gastgebern. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist super. Beide Talstationen sind fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch der Skibus ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Andrea est très agréable et disponible pour des conseils, des explications. Notre appartement (dernier étage) était très bien, et bien situé (proche funiculaire, supermarché, boulangerie).
