A very pleasant stay!!

Mrs. Linser is a very friendly and helpful hostess. She is open to special requests, if possible. The apartment is beautifully situated and offers plenty of convenience and comfort. It's close to the ski slopes, and the village is very charming, with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Thanks to the location of Linserhof Ferienhof, we didn't experience any noise issues. In short, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great place! Will certainly stay here again in the future

We really liked our host, Petra, who was very thoughtful of us and our 15 month year old daughter. The location is great (SPAR, bakery and lifts to Gaislach and Giggijoch close by). And above all, the house is very quiet and well isolated. Especially the room, bed and floor are very quiet, so you can go to bed easily without waking up the baby.

It would be nice to regulate the heating in the apartments themselves. A minor thing I want to mention is the presence of household items (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, handsoap, etc.) was not entirely clear when communicating on Booking.com. We took a lot of stuff from home which we did not need in the end. So if this can be communicated a bit more clearly (we thought we had to pay extra for these utilities) that would be perfect.

Perfect ski apartment in solden

Such a lovely apartment, beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with a great table for all to sit around. The apartment is set back from the road so it’s lovely and quiet and the lift to take you up to the slopes to access the bubble is just opposite so it couldn’t be more convenient. Petra was on hand with recommendations and help with anything. Lovely boot room with heated boot warmers.

Great host, friendly, and available for the guests to help. She helped my daughter and brought her to a good doctor. The apartment was very excellent clean, functional, and very comfortable, Facilities to store equipment were great. The location is just across from the elevator that brings you to the gondola. Very convenient!

Great location set back from the main road so little of the noise penetrated, lovely big rooms and spotlessly clean.

Nothing to dislike, an elevator would have been good as it was three floors from the ski room but this is not realistic for such a small place.

property and host were both fantastic! Petra explained everything on arrival and gave us some excellent local recommendations for food and views. the property was great, parking right outside and was exceptionally clean, had a separate living room and kitchen with everything you need. beds were comfortable with plenty of room. the boot room is roomy and heated.

Just perfect !!!

Dont´t know where to start, might be the best stay i ever had in a private venue. Spotless clean, perfect location, parking on sight, well equipte kitchen, good siezed bathroom, Quiet, Etc. Etc. Good to know: no microvawe oven... (but what the heck, prepare your food propertly!) The host Petra is a great source who will do ANYTHING to make your vacation as good as possible. This is the only place I will stay in if I will go to Soelden again! Thank U !!!

Good apartment, but not so good hostess

Clean and spacious apartment with three fully equipped bedrooms Decent soundproof Great location (ski lift is 200 meters away)

Absence of heater for drying clothes and towels (the apartment is heated by floor heating) No temperature regulation inside the apartment No microwave oven In addition, I would like to leave a feedback about the owner of the apartment. Unfortunately, she left a negative impression on me and my group. But firstly I would like to leave a comment about our group. We traveled as 3 couples and it is our third trip in the Alps for skiing. Every trip we booked by Booking.com and have never received nor given any negative feedback about our stay. Our routine is quite simple: we get up at 7am, go skiing until 4pm, take a rest until 10pm and go to sleep at noon latest. At first, this trip was going great. During the check-in the owner was very cheerful and hospitable. She welcomed us, showed us the apartment and answered all of our questions. However, on the second day we got the first sign that something would go wrong. We found out that the owner had visited our apartment without our consent while we were skiing outside. It was despite the fact that during the check-in she assured us that our apartment would be visited only once in the middle of our stay for cleaning. When we asked her about the reason for a visit, she said that it was necessary to open the windows for air conditioning. This situation was quite surprising for us, since other owners of apartments in the Alps had not visited our apartments at all during the stays. Moreover, the hostess followed us at the ski room every morning starting from the third day. The reason for that was to warn us about too much noise that we made during our stay (according to the agreement, the owner can require the eviction of the apartment without any compensation in case of a noise in the evening). Funny thing is that the source of the noise was our neighbors! Since we did not want to disturb anyone, after the first warning we tried to spent as much time outside of the apartment as possible.

We komen weer terug!

De accommodatie was top! Alles was in de puntjes geregeld door de lieve eigenaresse. Het appartement is sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het appartement was brandschoon en we waren blij met de heerlijke bedden. Het bevindt zich tegenover de lift die je naar het ski-gebied brengt, dus geen geklungel met bussen. Super!!

Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie!

De locatie was perfect, dichtbij de shuttle en dichtbij bushalte en zo goed als aan de hooftstraat maar geen last van de drukke weg. Ook prima bedden om in te slapen. Ook kreeg je nieuwe handdoeken halverwege de week en werd het skihok netjes bijgehouden.

Niet echt bijzonderheden, eventueel iets beter comfort betreft eetkamer/woonkamer

Top appartement met alle benodigdheden op een top locatie! Gastvrouw is zeer warm en niks was teveel

Fantastische locatie, recht in het centrum tussen de 2 skiliften, maar toch weg van de drukte. Winkels, restaurants, cafés, bakker, enz op loopafstand. Gratis parking voorzien en een geweldig bed. De hygiëne in het appartement was ook helemaal top!

Voor ons viel niks tegen, het verblijf was beter dan verwacht.
