very good, but staff really awful

The property is great and the ski lift is very close by. The heating is great, views amazing, next to a supermarket, everything regarding the property was great. With the exception of no elevator for your ski gear and suitcase

The reception was really really bad. Like THE WORST. We coming on Saturday and we called them on the phone that they have left on Google Maps and on there Booking contact . They did not pick up then we messaged them. We did not receive a reply. We wanted to ask if we can leave our stuff earlier. They said our room is ready, but they cannot give us the key because we haven’t paid the property tax. And the property tax was a apparently also fine to be paid later and they didn’t send us a link to pay on time so that we would get the keys because the person that knows how to do that was not at work. So we waited three hours outside for someone to help us out and then after they sent us the link to pay the tax it didn’t work. So they ended up giving us the keys anyway at the check-in time. The fact that they ignored my messages and calls and you can only reach them if you go at the property downstairs at reception and use their phone that they have put there without any human assisting you. it was just very barbaric and miserable to be honest. I would never come here again because I have bad experiences from getting the keys and from basic communication with them. So don’t shoot yourself in the foot go for another property.

Solid apprtement but next to logistic part of SPAR supermarket

Location is very good.

We stayed in appt 201. This appartment is next to the parking area where trucks unload/load their products (very) early morning. Ik you keep your windows open (which is nice in the mountains), it will definately wake you up so this specific appartment is not recommened.

Exceptional

Excellent location , near the small Innervald elevator but also close to the ski bus that can take you to the main lifts (1 min ride) . The property was warm and cozy , the owner was very helpful and very accessible. Comfortable beds, Super-Excellent bath!!! and great balcony for those that need air or a smoke :-). Ski locker downstairs was very helpful. SPAR supermarket just below and the restaurant and bar across the street made our family "after ski" time very chill and easy :-)

Good stay in a nice ski area!

In the apartment there is a reception where we could pick up the key. Payment by credit card went smoothly. On departure we could just leave the key in the apartment, no hassle with checking out, Top Location of the apartment was TOP directly in the center above the Spar. To the center lift to get to the ski area is 5 minutes walk. Restaurants in Solden are good, but more expensive than normal Good home delivery service available.

The price of the apartment is like in many famous ski villages on the high side!

Heel schoon en overzichtelijk appartement. Veel kastruimte, prettige locatie midden in het dorp in de buurt van supermarkt en leuke winkeltjes.

Het bed is niet van goede kwaliteit en de kussens zijn slecht. Ik zou een kussen van huis uit meenemen.

De skiftede sengetøjet for os hver uge. De tog affald med hver uge. De svarede hurtigt på mailen. Rent og pænt.

Var i tvivl om hvor jeg skulle gøre af affaldet, slidt og gammel lejlighed. Et vindue kunne ikke lukkes helt. Manglede pander og gryder og skæreknive, generelt dårligt udrustet i forhold til køkken udstyr.

Hyvä hinta, mutta sisustus oli kyllä pari vuosikymmentä vanhaa, raikas tuulahdus 80-luvulta kokolattiamatolla ja koivupuujäljitelmäkaapeilla. Kaipaa remonttia. Sijainti loistava, lyhyt kävelymatka hissille - tai siis funikulaariin jolla pääsee rinteeseen. Pieni miinus uunin puuttumisesta. Edullinen hinta sijaintiin nähden.

Sisustus tosiaan jäänyt ajasta jälkeen parin vuosikymmenen verran. Kohde kaipaa remonttia, mutta toisaalta sijainti on hyvä ja paikkaa tämän puutteen. Ei pyykinpesukonetta mikä olisi laskettelureissulla kiva. Asteikolla 1-10 annoin pisteitä 6. Se on siis hieman keskivertoa parempi. Alle 5 olisi heikompi kuin keskiverto ja yli 5 keskivertoa parempi. Hyvä on 8 ja loistava 9-10. Tämä oli ok. Olohuonetta ei käytännössä ole. Max 3 hengen sohva kahden seinän välissä ja ei telkkaria jota katsella. Televisiot löytyivät makuuhuoneista, mutta kukapa niitä siellä katsoo.
