Wij waren met 9 personen in een app. van 6 pers. en een app. boven van 4 pers. Iedere kamer had een eigen badkamer, ideaal! Wat ook fijn was, was de sauna en de grote parkeerplek voor onze bus. Er was een kleine piste naast de deur, maar wij gingen met een busje naar de parkeerplaats voor de Giggijoch om met de gondel naar boven te gaan, echt maar een klein stukje. Prachtig gebied, hoewel de blauwe pistes voor echte beginners nog wel lastig zijn (in ieder geval om er (weg) te komen). Bij vertrek waren er een paar dingen, waaronder 1 kostbaar iets vergeten, maar voordat wij er zelf erg in hadden werden we al door de eigenaresse op de hoogte gesteld. Zij heeft alles per post opgestuurd, heel eerlijk en aardig. Volgend jaar voor de beginners even nog ergens anders heen, maar we hopen hier zeker terug te komen!

Super locatie voor skiërs, maar om te wandelen moest je eerst met de auto.
De verwarming stond op 24 graden en het lukte niet om deze lager te krijgen. Er is twee keer een monteur geweest die uiteindelijk de vloerverwarming in de slaapkamers uit heeft gezet. In de woonkamer hadden we de hele tijd twee ramen open.

TOP LAGE. Freundlichkeit bei der Betreuung! Sehr schönes Appartement ( waren in der 100 im Erdgeschoss)
Bei Fünf bezahlten Personen keine Skischuhwärmer für den Fünften!! Insgesamt enger Skiraum.
Ikea Geschirr sehr einfach, dazu gemischt und `angedetscht` sowie wenig Besteck. ( Aber gut: Raclette/ Nespresso/ Mikrowelle)

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped with everything you need.
Nice and quiet location, protected from the noisy city life, directly on the slope, which makes it very convenient and pleasant.
Excellent service, the host is very kind and makes everything possible for the guests to fulfill their needs.
The negative reviews related to service given by others come from the fact that the direct contact is at the nearby hotel Elisabeth, and there at the reception the lady was really unfriendly and not customer oriented at all. She had no interest in helping, her only scope was to get rid of you as fast as possible.
In case of any issues, best is to call the telefon number from the vist card or the website there you land to the right person and you will receive excellent service
People should be advised that in case of issues to call, not to go to the reception of hotel Elisabeth, as there they are not customer oriented at all.
The shower in the sauna could be checked more often to avoid stucked water flow.
