The location is unbeatable!

The location is unbeatable! It’s just 10 meters from the bus stop for the Giggijochbahn and Gaislachkoglbahn. The Zentrum Shuttle is only 30 meters away, which is perfect for reaching the training slope and s’Finale après-ski bar, plus you can ski from there directly to the Giggijochbahn. A huge plus is the new slope connection linking Pistes 7 and 22—it allows you to ski from the Giggijoch directly to the Zentrum Shuttle and take it right back to the apartment.

Fantastic location

We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay. We were very grateful for a room upgrade on arrival and an early check in. The apartment was very spacious. The owner has an agreement with the ski rental shop directly in front of the building and offers a 15% discount ( same as the online rental discount) There are many restaurants and a supermarket with in easy walking distance. There is a free ski bus directly out the front of the apartment making access to the gondolas to the slopes easy with minimal walking in ski boots required. Great size apartment for a family with kids Would stay again.

On arrival we paid a cash deposit returned on checkout for potential damage or extra cleaning required to property and there was also an unexpected cleaning fee we had to pay on arrival that was an extra cost on top of the room charged we had paid online. This is OK but is should be incorporated into the cost visible on booking.com. They are very strict on separating rubbish for recycling purposes and there are fines if not done correctly. This was not a bother for us but I note others it did bother. Lastly, there was no dishwashing liquid or kitchen cloth to clean the kitchen nor dishwasher tablets. This was a bit annoying for a short stay but perhaps as we checked early and the cleaners were there when we arrived we interrupted them completing the restocking?

It was perfect for skiing and right down town.

The location was perfect. Since we spent Christmas there, the 'Christmas Tree next to the terrace added to the perfect atmosphere,

The mattresses are worn out and should be replaced. The height of the shower is to low. The three TVs, one in each bedroom, could be replaced by one big flat screen TV in the dining room.

Zwielichtiger Vermieter und hohe Extrakosten

Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt, da der Vermieter ein sehr unsympathischer Mann aus dem Rotlichtviertel ist. Dazu kamen viele versteckte Kosten (über 300€) die so teilweise nicht kommuniziert wurden. Die Ausstattung ließ auch zu wünschen übrig (nur eine Mülltüte und kein Spülmittel, Spülbürste etc). Die Lage war ganz gut und die Aussicht auch. Würde es trotzdem nicht nochmal buchen.
