De ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en ieder een eigen badkamer. Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 100 meter van de skipistes. Rondom en in het appartement is alles keurig schoon.
De gezamenlijke ruimte is erg klein. Alleen een klein bankje rondom het tafeltje en drie keukenstoelen om op te zitten. Om in het dorp te komen moeten je een stuk naar beneden lopen (wat goed te doen is), maar naar boven is een pittige klim!

Top Lage zum Skifahren, man geht nur eine kleine Strasse hinauf und schon kommt man auf die Skipiste. Gemütliches kleines Studio. Nette Gastgeberin, ruhige Umgebung und Ruhe im Haus. Soweit war alles in Ordnung.
Die Infrarot-Kabine nimmt in dem kleinen Studio doch viel Platz ein - wenn man so was nicht braucht. Der morgentliche Brötchenlieferdienst ist eigentlich eine tolle Sache, nur hätten wir uns besseres Brot gewünscht.

Sometimes you come across pictures and they seem too good to be true (and mostly are), but not the ones of Berghof Sölden. The whole building, but especially the apartment was actually that great! The clean look, but at the same time so cozy: amazing! You can see there went a lot of thought into all details. It’s fun to get a look into the history of the place as well.
Amazing shower, very comfortable beds, lovely dining area and a well equipped kitchen, plus the view… wow! Every morning and evening we could see a shephard moving his cows, it was like the real alps experience.
The sauna was not actually in the room itself (as said in room description), but it’s on the first floor where you can reserve a private spot! Bonus points for that, and for being able to charge the car, a good bread service in the morning and having an elevator!
With two people and two dogs it was a lovely place to stay to explore Sölden and surroundings. We will definitely recommend this place and town and hope to come back one day.
This is probably my fault, but I expected it to be an actual apartment building - it’s more like a family house, with kids too. Sometimes that was loud and especially in the evening it could be quite noisy (we traveled outside of the school vacation season). But family Auer is very kind and always ready to help, so you might just feel right at home.
The charge for a dog in this situation is quite high I think with €20 a day - especially since it doesn’t get cleaned every day and there are no extra facilities for them. If it’s just for cleaning, maybe a one time fee at the end of people’s stay.
Last point for people with dogs: the balconies are “shared”, so keep this in mind. We simply put a chair in the middle to fix this.
