Best apartment we have stayed in at Sölden

Penthouse 1000 was excellent. Stunning views, very quiet and the bonus of having a lift. They offer a bread delivery service every morning. The swimming pool is small but if you’re lucky to have it to yourself it’s a good place to relax. There is also a pool table which was good.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was good and modern.

We had a room without any terrace, our windows were below the upper floor balcony so there was no direct light coming in. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold and not usable at all, the sauna was always off. The location is a bit far from everything but manageable with a car. The door of our wardrobe came loose when just touching it and blocked the entire wardrobe, which was a bit annoying. The oven door almost fell out of the oven when trying to open it. Good for a low budget holiday. The pictures online make it look better than it was.

No washing machine inside whole complex, no place to dry wet clothes after skiing (there is skiroom only). safe in the room did not work.

A well equipped two bedroom apartment in modern building situated in semi rural Kaisers about 2km from Solden centre. Easy access to centre by foot, bike, bus or car. Sofas and TVs in both bedrooms, private balconies. Very clean apartment. Indoor pool in adjoining Saphir.

Water in pool should be warmer. Everything else was great!

The other stuff was okay

The apartment charged a fee for a cleaning (40 euro), but during check out the manager charged extra 60 euro for cleaning. He said the sofa was dirty so the staff had to clean for extra 2 hours. When I pointed that there were no terms and conditions on cleaning, and thus they should make clear what's included in cleaning fee, the other manager started yelling at me, telling me that me and my 1 year old son should be ashamed to leave such a mess. I payed the fee, but the terms and conditions are not clear enough, and worst of all there is no reason to yell at your customers.

Great spacious rooms and good spa area.

Great apartments with lots of space in living room. Great spa area with sauna and small swimming pool. 4min. by car to nearest ski station which will take You to the middle station above 2k meters.

The only minus is that bakery stuff that we ordered for each day never arrived...

Heel heel tevreden. Geslaagde vakantie!!

We hadden enorm geluk, ipv de voorziene kamer met dubbel bed en extra slaapbank. Kregen we een gratis upgrade, met 2 slaapkamers met elk dubbel bed en badkamer. Voor een 16 jarige dochter die niet in zelfde bed wou slapen, was dit een feest.

Details maar. Heb ze gemeld.

Super fijn appartement, netjes verzorgd en op 20 minuten loopafstand van dorp Sölden. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelinge

Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, onze had twee slaapkamers met grote comfortabele bedden en met ieder een eigen badkamer. Het zwembad (en de sauna’s) waren een leuke bijkomstigheid. Vooral met kinderen die na een bergwandeling even wilden verkoelen. Broodjes service in de ochtend is fijn, complex ligt buiten dorp Sölden. Supermarkt op 10 minuten loopafstand is er overigens wel aan de overkant van het appartement (met vers brood afdeling). Naar het dorp loop je in 20 minuten. Bus verbinding is ook goed naar alle dorpen én skiliften. Tip; check of je aanbieder een summer card associatie is, anders koop je deze los en kan je gebruik maken van diverse faciliteiten zoals skilift, bus, zwembad, Piburger see en andere faciliteiten!

Wij hadden deze zomer een appartement op de begane grond, je voortuin was hierdoor een parkeerplaats voor auto’s. Buiten ontbijten en van de zon genieten was niet echt een optie. Dit hebben we wel gedaan alleen was dat dus op een parkeerplek voor auto’s. Via de slaapkamers kan je met een opslaande deur naar buiten. Alle overige appartementen hadden wel een terras!

Heerlijk penthouse, mooie week gehad!

Het penthouse was prachtig ingericht, grote ruimtes, complete keuken en mooie balkons.

Het houten stapelbed had wat splinters.

Rustig gelegen en sfeervol appartement nabij het centrum van Sölden

Het personeel bij het onthaal zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beschikbaar. De locatie was perfect voor mijn geplande activiteiten en niet ver van het centrum. De wellness is een surplus bovenop een rustig gelegen en ruim appartement met privé parkeerplaats, voorzien van voldoende handdoeken, geweldige slaapkamer. Super gemakkelijk te vinden in Sölden.

Ik weet niet of het enkel op mijn appartement was, maar steeds viel de stroom uit wanneer de waterkoker of de microgolf werd gebruikt. Niet interessant wanneer je laptop in het stopcontact oplaadt met een externe HDD.
