Appartamento moderno , accogliente, nuovissimo e allo stesso tempo intimo, bella terrazza con panorama, silenzioso e fornito di tutto. Evidenziò che abbiamo avuto un cambio e non abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Smaragd perché non era disponibile e siamo stati spostati a casa Rubin, quest’ultima un pochino troppo lontano dal centro rispetto a quanto avevamo scelto.
Se devo trovare delle aree di miglioramento direi che manca una macchina da caffè , tipo nespresso, c’è solo quella per il caffè americano e poi già che c’è tutto aggiungerei una lavatrice anche da condividere con altri appartamenti negli spazi comuni.

Moderne appartementen op een fijne locatie met mooi uitzicht!
10 euro voor een extra set handdoeken (tip: zelf extra handdoeken meenemen). Voegen en kit in de douche toe aan een goede schoonmaakbeurt.

Great location, nicely kept & clean.
Exceptionally expensive for size. Cleaning charge is crazy expensive & is per person. Would recommend a hotel for the equivalent cost.
