Our holiday flats right next to the ski slopes and mountain bike trails combine Alpine flair with state-of-the-art comfort and an excellent location that promises peace and relaxation as well as activity and adventure. From December 2025, you can also expect an exclusive wellness oasis with heated outdoor pool, waterfall, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and a relaxation area with surprises to help you forget everyday life. The interiors of the holiday flats, measuring around 65 m², are lovingly designed and modernly furnished. Each flat has 2 double rooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms with rain shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror, as well as a living room with flat-screen TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and more. W-LAN, bed linen and towels are of course included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The outdoor area boasts a south and east-facing balcony with chairs and tables. From here you have an unrivalled view of the majestic Ötztal mountains. Parking spaces are available free of charge, as well as an electric charging station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area to prepare everything for the next day after an active day outdoors. Situated approx. 150 m above the centre of Sölden, surrounded by the breathtaking Ötztal mountains, our holiday flats guarantee peace and relaxation as well as optimal connections to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB nature trails. Ski and nature trails lead right past the house, making it the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and mountain bike tours. With the nearby Panoramaalm and the village centre just 1.5 km away, culinary delights and a village atmosphere are also guaranteed.
