Everything is good

It's in the middle of two ski resort. Although it's a bit far from the city center and gondola, there's skibus which runs every 10mins. It's clean and comfortable. And there is free parking outside the apartment.

Apartment OK, but insist on getting Summer Cards when you arrive

The studio is OK, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and can be used to do your own catering. Haus Veronika is located alongside the main road to the Timmelsjoch pass but with the windows closed, you don't hear the traffic at all.

We booked for 3 nights (2 days). The owner was not able to provide us the summer cards, because her husband who did all the online stuff was abroad. Without the summer card, you pay a lot of money for the different cable cars in Sölden (more than €50/person for one return journey with Geislachbahn); with the summer card, everything is completely free. So we were not amused at all. Luckily, when we came back the first day, the summer cards were on the table in the flat, which means that we could use them during our second day in Sölden.

We liked it

It is a nice place and appartement has everything, what you need. The Ötztal Summer card is perfect - we could use all lifts and many buses. The hosts are willing and they are able to solve possibly troubles during 10 minutes. The place is not so crowded, but city (Sölden) is nearby. We liked our staying.

The description of room is not precise - and it is a pity. The balcony is not a part of the appartement (we had No. 6), but small place outside, where people come to their other appartements. It is more a place for smoking - but we are non-smokers. And the windows are to corridors, so the room is not so bright and when you turn the lights on, people can see inside. However, we spent most of time in the mountains, so we did not mind.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The ski bus stop is literally at the corner of the hotel.

Great location for ski. The bus stop is right next to the house and in between Solden to Obergurgle. The appartment was well equipped and clean. Next to the house there is a nice restaurant.

The most fantastic location for a skiing trip. 10 steps from the front door to the bus station which can take you to the slopes in either direction. There is also a restaurant right across the road from the flat. A ski storage room is also available. Flat was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing host, great equipped apartment

Host was extremely nice and helpful, took care for everything we needed. Apartment was clean, well maintained with everything you need for cooking and resting. Highly recommended!

Leuk plekje!!

Het huisje was erg fijn! Lekker warm binnen, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een oven en de bank was uitklapbaar! Skibus op 2 stappen afstand, in de kelder een ruimte voor het opbergen van de ski spullen en verwarmde schoenen rekken. De eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het appartementje voor 2 personen was wat gehorig, waardoor je veel van de bovenste appartementen kon horen.

Würden wieder kommen. Das war eine sehrl erholsame Woche.

Die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle war ideal für uns, und es war angenehm ruhig. Unser geräumiges Appartement mit drei Zimmern bot ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Besonders erfreulich war der kostenlose Eintritt in die Freizeitarena mit Sauna, die uns ein echtes Wellness-Erlebnis ermöglichte. Check-in, Check-out und Handtücherwechsel verliefen reibungslos. Dank zahlreicher Heizkörper und Fenster war das Apartment warm und hell. Unser Auto stand direkt an der Unterkunft.

Die Einrichtung war ziemlich veraltet, vieles provisorisch repariert und nicht ganz sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein, alt und muffig. Aber da wir täglich in der Freizeitarena waren haben wir es wenig gebraucht.

Fin lejlighed og hyggelig stue/køkkenalrum. Dog var rengøringen ved ankomst lidt mangelfuld.

Det ligger rigtig fint mellem Sölden og Obergurgl og bussen går hele tiden.

Rengøringen var ikke i top. Det var primært badeværelset der ikke var ordentlig rent og afløbet i badet var stoppet. Derudover var der næsten ingen tryk på vandet i badet. Dog var der et fint bad/toilet i kælderen men uden lås.

un appart grand confort à condition d'avoir des voisins sages

Le logement était bien plus grand qu'imaginé, avec tout le confort (cuisine équipée, salle de bains complète, chambre séparée avec de nombreux rangements) un canapé avec table basse et une coin table dans le séjour, un local pour les skis et chaussures, sas d'entrée pour l'appart. Nous devions être deux et ça aurait été parfait mais ma fille n'est pas venue et c'était presque trop pour moi tout seul !

j'ai eu deux soucis pendant le séjour : le parking a été squatté car il est partagé avec les autres établissements autour et pendant le week-end de la coupe du monde, c'est saturé ! mais bon, on trouve... Le second souci a été une troupe de locataires au premier étage qui sont partis en ville faire la fête vers 23h30 et sont rentrés vers 2h00 du matin. Donc de 22h à 23h00 ils ont hurlé dans l'appart, dans les escaliers et sur le parking devant ma fenêtre et en rentrant, ils ont hurlé et déplacé tous les meubles en faisant tout tomber sur mon plafond jusqu'à 3h00... Donc très mauvaise nuit! Acoustique à revoir ou mettre un gardien de nuit avec un Tazer...

Gute Unterkunft zwischen zwei Skigebieten.

Das Haus ist direkt bei der Busstation gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man direkt bei der Bahn. Man hat die Wahl zwischen mehreren Skigebieten (Sölden und Gurgl). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber doch recht gut zu gebrauchen.
