Our host, Laurent, provided very detailed check-in instructions as well as a lot of useful local information for our 4-night stay. The apartment is centrally located in Nice, and all the popular sites are within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is extremely walkable, with many convenient shops nearby to pick up groceries, coffee, and fresh pastries.

here was nothing we didn't like, but as a small tip for future stays: it would be wonderful if enough coffee pods were provided to cover the duration of the trip!

This is an excellent place to stay in a lovely area. We were two couples and found it to be a short walking distance to tram stop and city centre. We were able to park our car in the underground parking. Beds comfortable, bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean. Good outdoor area, which must be rare in the city centre. Great communication with Laurent from booking through to arrival. Equally good welcome and intro to the flat from Benoit. Well recommended from this seasoned traveller.

La situación en un barrio tranquilo, el apartamento en si es bonito, y tiene un precioso patio

Solo tiene un wc (tiene dos duchas pero un solo inodoro…lo cual es insuficiente para la capacidad ofrecida y debiera dejarlo claro en la descripción, ya que según el anfitrión nos indico al darnos las llaves al llegar, todo el mundo se sorprende al ver un solo wc. Ademas, nos pidió 50 euros mas (que dejáramos en la cocina, porque dice había subido el precio respecto a lo indicado en Booking). No nos negamos a pagarlo, pero le pedimos que lo gestionaran a través de Booking para que esto fuera legal y oficial…..se enfado y ahora nos reclama 102 euros por daños (un plato de postre)….que por supuesto se ha inventado….increíble!
