Posizione perfetta, anche se si viene con il treno, data la vicinanza alla stazione: semplicemente attraversando la strada si entra nella storia. La casa è veramente grande, luminosa e molto ariosa, con colori rilassanti. La pulizia eccellente ti fa sentire sicuro nel toccare qualsiasi cosa. Siamo anche stati omaggiati di fiori freschi e di biscottini tipici di cui abbiamo rubato la ricetta.

COLAZIONE non inclusa, ma a disposizione moka per il caffè, caffè, zucchero e dolcetti. Molto comodo, visto che non si è legati a nessun orario vincolante. Posto auto a disposizione, il che è buona cosa, specie per chi come noi, viaggia autonomamente. Buona anche la posizione: fuori dal borgo, ma proprio all'inizio dello stesso, facilmenten raggiungibile sia in auto che a piedi.
Purtroppo le giornate in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano molto calde, e la casa non aveva l' aria condizionata, trattandosi di una palazzina vecchia; tuttavvia la proprietaria aveva dotato le stanze di *pinguini* che un pochino hanno aiutato.

Great location outside old town but very walkable to Spello.
On a very busy road. No ac’s meant windows open and lots of noise. AC’s in bedrooms would really make a difference.
