The air conditioning was good, and the bed and balcony were big. It's really convenient for the bus station.

From my arrival, there was a real problem with ants in the bathroom, so much so that I was finding them in my luggage. The only person on site is an elderly man who speaks no english, so there was no one to help with this. You're only given a face towel and hand towel, which is no good for showering. Both the TV and fridge were broken, and the wifi didn't work once throughout my stay. Very disappointing.

Good location, just next to the bus station.

Came, took keys, went out. Came late after all evening out during summer to realise there is no towels of any kind in the room, also no shower gel, literally empty. But be sure there is a sign about check out at 9am and notices about “this not allowed, that not allowed etc”

Safe, comfortable, silent and clean

It was surprisingly in an excellent and useful location. I came from Podgorica to Budva by bus and the apart was very very close to the bus stop. Very silent street but very close to other opportunities. The room, air conditioner, water heater etc were very good. Apart owner family was lovely and they helped me in every subject.

Internet not working, bathroom not clean

Location was ok.

The bathroom was dirty and there were women hairs in the floor. Obviously it wasn't cleaned before us. Also internet is not working in the room. Also check out is crazily early. We know that it was noted on it's page but still 9 am check out is not nice at all.

Nice and spacious room for two, AC worked perfectly. Had a kitchen on the balcony with fridge and utilities for cooking. Garden is beautiful

Everything was clean and presentable. It has private Bath. It has a refrigerator and the small little things. You need to make coffee or tea. A table chairs And tv .this room doesn't have cable English chanels Grandpa and freinds was the the best and meeting granddaughter was a nice surprise she is wonderful to

It was located verry close to the busstation. That was great. The room was clean and usefull.

The location was still really far from the city. Wifi didn’t work. There’s no signs to find the property and the adres in booking isn’t exact. The host asked us for the passport and to pay cash, untill we gave cash, she didn’t give the passports back. I think thats a little rude honestly since we were staying there during the night so she didn’t need to worry about payment. we just needed to go to a bankomat.

Misleading

There is the AC, at least that was true on the Booking. WiFi was ok. It's near the city center, but Budva is very small city so that is pretty much irrelevant.

The apartment I was in was nothing like in the photos. It was too small for 2 people to get around. When we got there after 13h trip we had to make the bed ourselves because the sheets were just thrown on the bed. It didn't have the bathtub which was required. Price for the apartments on the photos is definitely worth it, but 40€ for 1 night in closet-sized room is just too much. Also there was nothing we could use to cook food, which we thought we were going to do because on the photos there were some types of the stoves, the only thing we got was a coffee maker, that was dirty on the inside so we didn't use that either. Hosts were very unpleasant. And we were almost thrown out before the checkout time.

Buena estancia, y buena relación precio calidad

Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue buena, me envió videos de la habitación, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. La habitación muy bien, tal cual lo reservado. Luego extendimos nuestra estancia y nos brindó otra hab más chica pero bien igual, obviamente el valor era menor. Super recomendable.

Para quien le guste ir a la parte vieja de la ciudad, no es tan cerca, pero caminando en 15 o 20 min se llega

Привітні господарі, вигляд на зелений сад, хороший номер де люкс.

Місце розташування дещо далеко від пляжу Могрен, на який ми ходили(30 хвилин) Душова кабіна мала, туалет погано працював, не зовсім чисто у ванній, дали по два маленькі рушники- додали більші рушники після мого прохання.

Közel volt a buszállomás, a piac és a Podmaine kolostor. Kicsit kicsi volt a szobánk, de ezt tudtuk előre, de mindennel fel volt szerelve: TV, fürdőszoba, zuhanyzó, WC, törölközők, légkondicionálás, csészék, edények,stb. Rendkívül jó volt az ár-érték arány. Ilyen jó helyen Budvában ilyen olcsón nem lehet máshol szállást találni. Nem utolsó sorban kedves volt a tulajdonos.

Kicsit kicsi volt a szoba, de ezt tudtuk előre. A nagyobb, erkélyes szobák mind foglaltak voltak.
