Fabulous location, fabulous apartment - would definitely stay here again with family.

The location was very central. Apartment was beautiful inside & nice and warm throughout our stay. Decor was lovely & views lovely too. Balcony was an added bonus. Beds very comfy. Apartment modern with all mod cons.

The only issue we had is that the key lockbox is not situated beside the apartments. It is in fact a 10 min walk back into the centre of town but that wasn't specified in the instructions about the key code etc. We found ourselves outside the apartment block with all our luggage for a group of 7 people & were then told that we had to walk back into town to get the key. That was not acceptable after travelling to Rovaniemi & having all our luggage with us. We met another family in the same predicament as us & it was -20 degrees. I must add though, in our case, we had a child with a medical issue & when we contacted the service manager & explained the situation, they turned up within minutes with the key & didnt expect us to walk back into town.

Near to shops and bus station. Rooms wss clean and host was able to answer the quiries. Well maintened.

Key collection was abit far from House of Saana. Need to walk to the burger king locker to collect the key in the snow.

Everything it s a great!!!

Everything was excellent; the apartment is in the city center, the shopping mall is across the street, and the bus station is right opposite! The apartment is big, spacious, and clean! We felt like we were at home! It has everything you might need—sugar, salt, a dish sponge, a dishwasher tablet! It also has a washing machine and a dryer! The host is excellent; he replied to us at 2 a.m.! All compliments! If I were to go again, I would book it again!

Real beds for 4 people, not sofa beds.

Real beds for our family of 4 people. (1 queen + 2 double beds) Actually, there are also another two large sofa. Parking is just under the building. Great for winter, especially we have many luggages. Supermarket is nearby, kitchen has everything we need. TV is large and can be connected to our iphone.

Great location and great property.

The location was fantastic, being only a short walk with our baggage from the train station, right next door to a supermarket and a bus stop outside to get to SCV etc. The apartment was fantastic for our group of 5. The sauna was amazing and we were very sad to have to leave here after 3 days. The contact was fantastic and was always happy to answer our questions. We were so glad we made the decision to stay here rather than out of town.

Excellent apartment, great location

The location was perfect for us. Very close to shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants also very close by and the bus stop for Santa Claus village is just across the road. The apartment was very safe and secure. It was exceptional clean, with ample plates, cutlery etc. We would definitely stay again.
