Excellent flat and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend.

Very easy to access the flat - door codes sent to me the morning of arrival. Flat was large, comfortable and all facilities that we could have wants (also had instructions for how to use it all). Sauna was especially nice to have in the flat after an evening in the cold Finnish air in February.

I don't believe there is anything that could be improved.

The best location, lovely apartment, sauna. Can hear the neighbours.

Central location within walking distance of lovely bars, restaurants and shopping centres. There is lots of space and the TVs are big and modern. The sauna and bathroom lovely. Great kitchen, with everything you could need.

Neighbours can be heard loudly, could do with better sound proofing (not the fault of the facility, just loud people in other rooms. Understandably excited). Kitchen was missing a tea towel, and we washed dishes and cutlery before use, as they just needed a better clean. Other than those smaller things the apartment is lovely.

Loved how clean and modern the apartment was . As a family of 5 we needed the pull out couch bed . These are known to not be comfy but it was the best one we have come across . We would definitely return !

Brilliant location, super apartment

Great apartment central location which was great for us as a family. Supermarket over the road, Santa 5 min walk and the forest 30 min walk. Warm and comfortable would recommend and stay again!

Excellent apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi, with easy access to all attractions!

Fantastic apartment with everything you would need for a stay. Really comfy beds and lovely bedding, the sofa bed was also comfortable! Great to have access to the sauna too! Excellent location right off the top of the highstreet with lots of eateries and shops. We used the supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. Really easy to get public transport to all the major attractions and the airport - no need for taxis. A brilliant stay and we would definitely recommend to others!!

Great city location, perfect for families, lovely hosts.

The property is extremely central and with parking which is a huge bonus. There is a bus stop nearby for Santa Claus Village if needed. It was spacious, clean with all the amenities.

Location was good, walking distance to shops, food, convenience store. Parking was available free at the apartment, like the ease of parking. Apartment environment was peaceful, the sauna ... amazing!

There wasn't really anything to be unhappy with, I brought my own tea, biscuits and they came in handy.

This was perfect; would definitely recommend.

The location was fantastic. Bus from airport/Santa Claus Village stops just outside. Loads of restaurants within short walking distance. Shopping centre and supermarket just across the road also. Beautiful decor and lots of space, just like the photos. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Sauna was lovely. Small balcony with street view lovely for people watching or for getting some fresh air.

Extremely well kept and clean apartment with all facilities including kitchenware & laundry. Great location with a lot of eating options around the corner . Absolute bang for your buck.

Avoid during hot summers

Decent facilities, nicely decorated, clean and great location.

Gets extremely hot inside if it's 25+ degrees outside. Air conditioning is non-existent and it's been an issue for years if you read the reviews. You cannot even open the window in one of the bedrooms.

Living in my dream house!

It is really a nice apartment located in a perfect location! The staff of this apartment is very friendly and lovely with quick responses and did their best to adjust with our requests! The apartment provides plenty of services, such as washing machines, sauna room and huge television, making my trip convenient and comfortable! We did enjoy it and hope we could stay forever there!

Perfect location, amazing apartment. Avoid the 2.1, or bring earplugs.

Location couldn’t be better! This place was modern, clean, and perfect for our family (4 people). It has all the amenities you would need, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with sauna, and comfortable beds. You have everything close by, the rivers, museum, supermarket, and city center where most of the tours will start.

We got room on the first floor, right above the Burger King. Avoid this one, the apartment was so noisy at night! You can hear everything happening on the Burger King’s kitchen (open 24/7). Late at night 3-4am is when they receive supplies, lots of movement and noise, pretty loud. 3 nights out of 6-7 I couldn’t sleep at all, as well as my mom who was in a different room. Staff was not really helpful on this situation, as well as in our arrival, trying to accommodate suitcases from 15-30 people in a tiny space… I wrote them about it, we got no answer.

Great place and great location

Apartment was extremely Clean. Contained all of the necessary amenities including a washer, dryer, dishwasher and an oven. The apartment was located in the city center close to many restaurants, supermarket, buses and taxis.

Excellent property and location, definitely recommended for comfortable stay!

The apartment was very neat. There was a well equipped kitchen and a very large bathroom with sauna. Riku was very helpful and responsive to the whatsapp queries. The interiors look exactly like in the pics in the description.

There were no mirrors in the bed room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. (Not composing, but it would be nice to have atleast one full length mirror). The parking is shared with Burger King, it caused a bit of a hassle. The customers used to park in the limited parking spots hence making it necessary to wait sometimes for them to pull out from the spot. It was always a tension if we would get the spot when we reached back. The facilities mentioned electric car charging facility. But it is not available in the property. We need to go to the nearby mall parking for charging. So please make it clear in the property description.

Dairenin konumu harikaydı, evin büyüklüğü ve olanakları da çok yeterliydi.

O apartamento é muito confortável, com todos os utensilios necessários. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Recomendo muito e é excelente tanto para grupo de amigos como para famílias.

O apartamento é um pouco pequeno para 7 pessoas. Falta uma cadeira na mesa de refeições (só tem 6). Poderiam também permitir fazer um check-in mais cedo (16h é muito tarde para quem chega de viagem e precisa de descansar).
