Fantastic stay, amazing location, clean and had all the essential amenities including a private sauna.

Absolutely fantastic location, within a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre. Spacious and clean with all the essential amenities. Private sauna was fantastic!

Only difficulty was finding the apartment. The location given was not accurate when input into Google or Apple maps and lead us to different building, so we walked around for 30 minutes trying to find it.

Good location, small cozy apartment, fair value

The location is great. The apartment is a complex within walking distance to the centre of town and to the angry birds park. It was warm and quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was easy using the code to get in and out. It has a washer but no tumble dryer. It had a clothes airer. The bathroom was functional.

Really expensive for what it was. I suppose this was Rovaniemi during the peak season but we have stayed at 5 star hotels for less. The apartment was small and didn't have much space to open our bags (we were 2 A 2C)

Disaster, avoid at all costs!

Good location, clean accommodation

The first night I couldn’t get the radiators to work they were all turned off, we were freezing. The second night we were locked out for two hours, hungry cold and tried all we wanted was to sleep, with young kids it was very frustrating: the battery for the lock of the door was dead, they couldn’t fix it, had to break open the letter box and open the door from the inside using a wire! It was ridiculous to say the least, when we eventually got in I turned on the sauna for us to heat up, it was a joke. The window in the sauna doesn’t close it stays open so as soon as u put water on the sauna stones the heat goes out the window! I would definitely not stay here again nor would I recommend it, it was a big dampener on our last night to be locked out. They did allow us 2 hours extra in the morning time before check out but that was my suggestion not theirs.

Comfortable beds.The place was spotless very cosy and warm. Loved that it was ground floor handy with children.

Very nice apartment and well located.

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We really appreciated that little things like coffee, sugar, and other basic provisions were provided.

Perhaps some guidance could be provided how to more easily access the property. The address for the apartment is 7A Korkalonkatu, Rovaniemi but the property did not appear to be accessible from this street and one has to go around the block and enter the driveway/drop off area from Maakuntakatu Street. We were not sure we had the right building (it was named Tammela but no obvious number) until we entered the ground floor door access code and it worked:). We were not alone with the above, our taxi driver could not find the building and neither could the Book Lapland Team who picked us up for a tour. We had to run around the block to Korkalonkatu to meet them.

Great Location, property and help!

The property is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to city centre, angry birds park, supermarket, buses. They were really happy to help with any issues we had. Our table was slightly wobbly so they came and fixed it straight away. They came and dropped a sled off to us so we didnt have to buy one. They also helped get the sauna set up which was super easy to do but we made it hard for ourselves.

Abit squeezed but works for just sleeping. The apartments entrance is on a different side of the street so made it abit hard for taxi pick ups but otherwise fantastic stay with them.

Highly recommend this property. Could not fault a thing about it. We stayed here for 6 nights

I loved everything about this accommodation. It had everything you need for self catering, even a hair dryer, needs to be mentioned because I brought my own because I wasn't sure if there was one. The location is perfect it's located around the corner from angry birds park. A couple of minutes walk to the city centre. It also has a sauna what a bonus. Beautiful, clean apartment at an affordable price. The host was very accommodating, and was prompt with any query I had. So well organised, there was a folder with all the basic info you would need such as WiFi password etc. It also had recommendations on places to eat, which did not disappoint.

I couldn't fault anything about our stay. It was perfect for 5 of us 2 adults and 3 children.

Loved out stay!

Such a beautiful apartment, clean and stylish! There were 5 of us so it was a bit tight but not really a problem. The sofa and extra bed had soft toppers so very comfy. Useful kitchen and big dining table, also there is a grocery store nearby. The sauna worked great and we even used the washing machine one time. Host was very responsive and the location is near the center and bus stops.

The single extra bed was not very solid so out friend fell on the floor when he tried to turn at night - thankfully he is fine

Perfect cozy apartment!

The property was really cozy, spacious and had all the facilities we needed! :) Staff was also really friendly and allowed us a late check-out when he could, he was prompt with replies and always replied in a pleasant way. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it, just walking distance to town but at a quieter street!

Lovely warm cosy flat

Lovely warm, well furnished apartment, even has a sauna. Near to great children's playground and quick walk into town. Would highly recommend!

We parked at a parking meter which would have cost a lot if we had stayed longer than 1 night. There may be other parking options though, but would have been good to be given information in the otherwise extremely helpful arrival instructions. Lighting dim but I think that's the norm for Finland.

Location is amazing, quiet, comfortable, easy to find, close to shops and public transport, big enough for family of 3-4 ppl. Check in was easy, we received a photos with instructions. Communication with owner was fast and clear to understand. Would highly suggest

Excelente y céntrico apartamento

Ubicación excelente, cerca del centro a pie y muy tranquilo para descansar. Apartamento limpio y bonito con todo lo necesario. Camas y almohadas muy buenas. Super recomendable!

La iluminación del salón era escasa, la bombilla de la lámpara principal no funcionaba a pesar de avisar nadie vino a reponerla (quizás si hubiera funcionado la opinión sería otra). Pero es solo un detalle de una experiencia muy buena.

Limpeza, estado quase novo.

Segundo quarto muitíssimo pequeno, sem janelas o que não é mencionado no Booking e atendendo a que existem na publicidade 2 fotos de quartos com camas com cabeceiras diferentes pensamos ser o caso, neste quarto ter que apagar a luz perto da porta e só depois subir para a cama ás escuras, cama essa sem qualquer revestimento nas duas paredes que com ela estão em contacto. Morada de aluguer Booking diferente da morada real o que causou muitos transtornos não só na chegada á noite, como com as empresas de atividades pré-reservadas que nos vinham buscar ao domicilio mencionado no Booking.
