It was a nice stay to me. Although the club downstairs was quite noisy even with the windows closed, I could still sleep

The location was very good. It was very near to most of the tour pick up points and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Just five minutes walk to the bus stop for the Santa Express and Airport Express. The design of the property was also nice. From bathroom to kitchen, and the living room, it provided almost everything I needed for the trip. And actually the key was not hard to find although I saw many comments saying the key was too hard to find since there was no reception.

I felt a bit unsecured when I was staying there because I found out that the key you gave me could open both the main door downstairs and my room door. Which means, every traveler who has a key to open the main door could open my own door to enter my room. Also, there was no extra lock or chain to lock my door inside. The other thing I want to say was the heater, sometimes it was too hot when I cover myself with the blanket. But then, it turns out the degree was just 1. If the heater could be more adjustable of the degree would be much better.

Perfect central location

Apartment was perfectly set up. Kitchen with all amenities. Apartment was spotlessly clean Warm and cosy. Perfect location in the middle of town, lots of choice of restaurants bars and shops near at hand. Ice skating and shopping centre literally around the corner. Kids loved that 2 sleighs were left for their use during the stay which was a lovely touch.

Good location, Good value but needs more heat inside apartment like other reviews have also said.

Surprisingly the apartment was a lot better in real life than the photos advertised. I do advise the Managment to update photos as I think it would sell better. Apartment was also a lot bigger than expected. Good location with easy walk to everything and easy to access with lockbox and instructions. 12pm checkout was good. Nice little touch to have sweets left on beds and towels made fancy on beds.

The apartment was cold. Not enough heat. Especially as I had children with me. Heating definitely needs to be turned up more. Also apartment needs good curtains to stop light coming in. They were broken hanging off and very thin. The nightlight from outside glares into bedroom lighting up the whole room. Was hard for my little boy to fall asleep. Could hear traffic noise outside of tractors and trucks scooping snow into each other in car park below after midnight, although the noise didn’t keep us awake all night.

Detergent spills in bathroom. Some Of supplies were missing when We arrived (got them later). The fridge froze our veggies 😆 Sofa was wobbling.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful city, I would recommend booking

This property was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right in the middle of bars and restaurants, shopping center a few minutes walk away, 24 hour shop beside it and bus for the airport and Santa’s village only a five minute walk away. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would’nt hesitate to book it again if we return to Rovaniemi.

The place is very complete. The kitchen had everything for us to cook, and it has a supermarket almost at the side of the apartment. Also, the location is very central, it is easy to access and it is close to shops, restaurants, bars and almost all the travel agencies.

It is a little bit noisy since there is club in the ground floor. We found a pan with used oil in the oven, I think they forgot to clean that part (but the rest was fine).

Wonderful cozy stay at the center of Rovaniemi

I loved the location of the apartment, the kitchen facilities, the comfy bed and sofa.

The apartment was cold-I wish it had heating, more cleaning supplies(mop, dust pan and rags). It was a bit weird to collect the keys from a bar. It would've been better if there was a sign on the bar indicating that this is the place to collect keys for the Santa Holiday apartments.

The property near shops and restaurants. Also near the Ice Hotel for us to board Bus express to Santa Clause Village which is our main activity in Rovaniemi. The sofa was comfortable, hot shower working, love the wide window for us to catch aurora from the apartment. Have classic elevator for luggage carry up to respective floor.

I guess nothing that we didn’t like. Good Place to stay.

Appartamento in pieno centro, ottimamente ammobiliato e con spazi adeguati per una famiglia di 4 persone. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente imbattibile per gli standard finlandesi

Il check-in è un po' macchinoso: sono dovuto andare in un bar per farmi dare il codice per aprire la keybox quando questo codice poteva molto più semplicemente essermi comunicato via messaggio (come avviene per tutte le altre strutture)
