Comfortable apartment with all facilities and pictures are accurate and is what you should expect. Check in easy and if you are renting a car there are few spots just across the street. From 6 pm to 8 am it’s free and Saturday free from 4 pm and Sunday all day. There are also other spots where it’s free for 2 h and you have the meter in all cars. The apartment is few meters from downtown rovaniemi and it’s flat and so easy to walk around with many nature spots not far for a good walking. The host is very supportive so don’t hesitate to ask questions and for information and you will get the answer you need. The apartment is great for a family trip and you have supermarket very near to use the fully equipped kitchen. No need to bring anything. Had my 86 mother with me and it was very comfortable for her including the quality bed and sheets.

Me encantó la situación, la limpieza, el decorado, estaba todo nuevo y muy sencillo.

Nos faltó una secadora, pero por lo general no faltaba nada. Hasta ahí todo bien....... Días antes de el hospedaje me llega un email con un enlace para hacer el abono de un depósito de fianza que no se entiende muy bien, pq las dos opciones son NO reembolsable, cosa que preocupa. Me pongo en contacto y me dicen que una vez valorada mi estancia me devuelven el dinero. Cuando llego a mi domicilio tras pasar mis días alojado en éste apartamento me dicen que me ponga en contacto con mi entidad bancaria, lo hago y nada no me aparece nada. Cual es mi sorpresa? Les escribo otro correo y me dicen que he elegido una opción no reembolsable. Le explico que eso no peude ser así....... y me pongo en contacto con Booking, confirmándome que en su política no sale esa opción y por lo tanto me tienen q devolver mi dinero del depósito. Comento ésto para el que vaya a reservar con este alojamiento lo tenga muy en cuenta y no tenga el mismo problema que yo. Por cierto voy a un sitio a relajarme y de vacaciones, el responsable no hacia sino escribirme para cuando me fuera recogiera las sábanas, botara la basura en los contenedores, dejara todo limpio,....... se supone q yo pago un servicio para eso.
