Emplacement central TRES bien équipé (micro-ondes lave linge , lave vaisselle, four , sauna ) mais aussi tous les ustensiles utiles pour faire la cuisine Suffisamment de vaisselle ( cela change des locations avec juste 2 fourchettes pour 2 , et deux tasses deparaillées ) Agréable terrasse ( ceci étant avec la météo de ces 2 jours nous n en avons pas vraiment profité ) Vélos garés dans le parking souterrain Communication facile et rapide

Viihtyisästi sisustettu kerrostaloasunto lähellä keskustan ruoka- ja ostospaikkoja (esim. vastapäätä oleva Hostel Cafe Koti tarjoaa aamupalaa). Mukavasti tilaa kahdelle. Todella siisti asunto ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Erittäin hyvä sänky. Tilava, lasitettu parveke tarjoaa lisää oleskelutilaa. Saunasta plussaa. Rauhallinen talo eikä kadulta kuulunut melua. Majoitukseen sisältyi autolle pysäköintipaikka talon parkkihallissa (kiva etenkin talvella). Avaimet saatiin suoraan majoittajalta opastuksen kera. Sisäänkirjautumisajassa joustettiin ja yhteydenpito muutenkin sujuvaa. Tullaan uudestaankin ja suosittelen kohdetta muillekin!

Struttura in ottima posizione, in perfette condizioni e moderna, completa di tutto il necessario per essere indipendenti. Il balcone, poi, è una vera perla. Stupendo!

We had a wonderful stay at Piriko Apartments. The location is perfect—right in the center of Rovaniemi, making everything easily accessible. A big highlight was the host, who was extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning (around 7:30 AM) by train, and she personally came to check us in, even though the standard check-in time was 2 PM. She had also proactively mentioned during booking that early check-in would be possible if the apartment was vacant the previous day, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities you might need. We stayed for 4 days and felt very comfortable throughout. The in-apartment sauna was a great bonus—clean and relaxing. Another major advantage is the location. If you’re not driving, this place is ideal as most activity pickup points are right at your doorstep. There are also two 24-hour supermarkets nearby, so getting groceries or food at any time is very convenient.
