Service and communication were excellent. We were caught overnight after a flight cancellation and all we wanted to do was find somewhere to stay. The apartment was fantastic, every we could have hoped for, and a great location.

1.) Lange Wartezeit beim Check -in: Es wurde versprochen, die Check-in Infos 30 Minuten vor der Ankunft zu senden, das ist nicht passiert. Nach Anruf dauerte es ca. 40 Minuten, bis jemand mit Schlüssel kam. Von dieser Person (Murtzi) wurde uns als unser Fehler vorgeworfen, wir hätten ihm 30 Minuten vor der Ankunft schreiben sollen. Als wir ihm das Mail von booking zeigten, meinte er, es sei der Fehler von booking.com.
2.) Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht, es waren nur 4 Betten hergerichtet.
In den Kästen war zwar noch Bettzeug, aber KEIN Leintuch für die 5. Person.
3.) Der Geruch (Raumluft) war sehr unangenehm.
