Great apartment, Great Location, Rubbish letting company, very poor customer care
Nice apartment, good location. Unfortunately the booking firm were unhelpful when we lost the key.
Location is great a minutes walk from Lordi square, huge sauna very good, the apartment is spacious, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, great spacious bathroom. Such a shame we only had 2 nights out of the booked 3 nights there owing to the key problem.
1st Night: No clear instructions as to where to get the key and we had to keep phoning when we arrived. And then, stupidly We accidentally lost the key in the snow (minus 20) and the agency told us there was no spare and that we would have to pay 300 euro for a replacement and call out for the locksmith the next day. (all our communication with the letting agency was through Whats App). We had to book another apartment that night, cost 150 euros, it was minus 20, we spent the evening retracing our steps trying to find the key, involving local security guards. The next day we called Lost Property at the Police Station and they said we were welcome to look to see if it had been handed in. We told them it was the only key to the apartment and they said this could not be the case, there were always spares for cleaning etc. They called the owner who immediately drove into town with a spare key and said it was no problem, accidents happen and to leave the key when we left. Then the booking agency started messaging, bit threatening saying that we now had to pay a call out fee 75 euro, a fee for a new key 150 euro, etc. We said we would take it up with booking.com on return and were not going to pay any fees until we got home as the owner had said it was all fine. And then we were told that if we did wait until we got home that the agency would file a report to booking.com saying we were bad customers! We refused to pay the money, got another key cut at our own expense and left it for them. Very poor service from the letting agency, and ruined our stay as we were out of pocket, very very cold and lost a day trying to sort out what should have been a simple problem. We were very grateful to the owner who was lovely for driving in to town with a spare key.

Logement parfait et idéalement situé
Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé à proximité de commerces, d’arrêts de bus et d’agence de guide pour faire des excursions.
La communication avec l établissement était parfaite m.
Nous recommandons grandement et aurons le plaisir de revenir dans ce logement si nous revenons en Laponie.

Völlig geflasht
Das Apartment ist riesig und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr modern und gut. Es gibt einen riesigen Fernseher, wo man gut über You Tube Konzerte anschauen kann. :-) Wir blieben für 3 Nächte und hatten etwas mehr Zeit, da wir auf unserer Radreise zu schnell unterwegs waren. ;-) Somit konnten wir auch die super Sauna intensiv nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken / Abendessen sind fussläufig in kurzer Nähe zu erreichen. Wir waren total geflasht von dieser Unterkunft.
