Home away from home in a great location

Apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the shopping centre, town centre and public transport links. Apartment had everything needed. It was a home away from home. The host Joonas was very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble when asked and he always replied promptly. I travelled here with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and the facilities were top notch…our group really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

It’s a good apartment for big groups.

Good location, close to city centre. Good view from the apartment on top level. Clear check in instructions.

Need to change all towels and beddings, quite wore out. Need curtains for bathroom windows, can see through from the corridor.

The price-performance ratio was reasonable.

The location and having a free parking spot were good. Many things you might need were available in the apartment. Check-in was easy.

Except for one room, the beds were narrow. Two upstair rooms had windows facing the inside of the penthouse, allowing anyone passing by to easily see inside, which compromised privacy. A solution should be provided to cover these windows. There were a couple of items left from previous guests. There was no mirror in the bathroom.

A great stay and lovely host

A beautiful apartment within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Clean and modern and we loved the Christmas tree. The host was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in earlier and hold our luggage there on the last day. My nephew left his cuddly toy behind and the host found it and is organising to post it back to the UK for us - so kind and we really appreciate it. Thank you!

The only small helpful feedback I would give is to have some softer towels and maybe a blind or something in the shower room window for privacy

Beautiful place with parking

Beautiful and spacious place. Was able to check in earlier as was tired from early flight.

No instructions on how to turn on the sauna. Was advised it would take 45 mins but for someone who don't have sauna at home, we had to figure out how to turn it on. But it wasn't a massive issue. We got told to contact the owner if we had any issue but didn't want to disturb them. Managed to figure it out in the end.

Nice stay in Rovaniemi

The location was conveniently located within walkable distance to/ from city center. A short taxi ride from train station (actually you could walk but it was raining). The house is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We can contact the host easily via chat/WhatsApp, and he responded really quick.

Easy communication, excellent location, design of apartment and comfortable living. The apartment is large and looks great and has great views. The place is well equipped and we really loved it. Would love to stay there again.

The best of comfort and accessibility in Rovaniemi

We were 4 couples and three children. The house was really warm and comfortable It's very close to the city center with easy and walking distance from the train station and other facilities like a shopping mall. The host was really helpful. I do recommend this property. Coming back for another family trip soon. Thank you for everything.

The lack of curtains in the shower room facing the window to the building corridor. It made me feel. A bit exposed, but we're in Finland. And we didn't have any lights in our room as the standing lamp missed a lamp. But the outdoor lights were enough to light up the room

Lite trångt att sitta i köket, och lite för varmt inne (vi hade värmerekord så svårt att göra nåt åt) det stod att AC fanns men vi hittade ingen sådan.

Soffan trasig så gick inte att nyttja, soffbordet var inte ihopskruvat så var väldigt ostadigt. bastulavarna i behov av renovering. Ingen AC, såsom det stod i beskrivningen. Bilderna överensstämde inte riktigt med verkligheten.

Kiinteistö asuantoa lukuunottamatt varsin nuhjuinen. Huoneiston ulko-ovessa lukitus nykykäytännön vastainen. Ulko-ovi tulisi saada avattua, oven ollessa lukittuna, sisäpuolelta ilman avainta. Lukkopesän tilalle tulisi laitta avausmekanismi. Sauna kaipasi uusia lauteita ja asunnosta ei etsimisestä huolimatta löytynyt laudeliinoja.

Supermukava ! Majoitusalan ammattilaiset viihtyvät erinomaisesti 50-vuotisluokkakokouksessaan. Upea huoneisto, erittäin puhdasta, laadukkaat vuoteet, hyvä keittlö ja mutkaton yhteys vuokraajan kanssa. Hienot näkymät terassilta Lappia-talon suuntaan. Toiveet täyttyivät ja odotuksemme ylittyivät.

Ei löytynyt mitään mistä voisi olla tyytymätön. Jos nyt kaivamalla kaivetaan niin pihatöiden vuoksi parkkipaikalla numeroitu paikkamme täyttyi työkoneilla. Mutta parkkipaikkoja löytyi hyvin piha-alueelta ja tilanne on ohimenevä.

EXCELENTE CASA Y MUY CÉNTRICA

Casa amplia y bien reformada, gran luminosidad, con Sauna Interior. Cocina muy equipada y amplia. Múltiples habitaciones y ambientes. Dos baños.

Hay que ir renovando/reparando las cosas, alfombra escaleras, puerta salida balcón, etc... Difícil localizarla, el navegador no te lleva al sitio correcto. Enchufes en habitaciones escasos y de difícil localización. no conseguimos hacer funcionar la barbacoa, seguramente bombona sin gas.
