Everything about the apartment. Really nice when we actually managed to find it and to access it.
Getting the key a km away, not being able to open the door for lack of explanations, badly marked keys, almost unmarked apartment and no explanation regarding the key way of use or indications on which door would lead to the apartment. Only one out of three opened near the civic number and it was the one leading to a car park...a nightmare!

Everything you need is provided in the property, including all the kitchen equipment for cooking. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. However, I visited the city during the low season, so I can’t really comment on the noise level. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the center of Rovaniemi. Highly recommended!
A bit tricky navigation in the building. Note, the building has П-shape and belongs simultaneously to three different addresses

The apartment was clean and had all necessary supplies. Location was excellent (though this might just be luck, since they seem to have multiple locations and just place you in some apartment)
The AC had a very loud humming noise that couldn't be turned off and gave me a headache. Reached out to Kotimaailma via Booking, WhatsApp and phone, but no answer. Had to spend my nights wearing earplugs and noise canceling headphones. Not staying with them again
