Lapland Rovaniemi 2024

Absolutely amazing apartment, no issues collecting keys from Safartica, only a couple of minutes walk away and they kept our luggage until check in time (I read this was an issue in previous reviews). Very clean, very warm apartment. Comfortably fit a big family, 5 adults 2 children. Extremely comfortable beds. Brilliant location. Lift access. Towels provided. Kitchen fully equipped. KMart 3 minute walk away

Cleanliness wasn't great, thick dust on the light shades, lots of cigarette butt's left on both balcony's and sauna didn't work.

The place is excellent for both family and friends. Cozy and comfortable. The place was clean and kept everything tidy. This place is located right in the city center. Everything is available in walkable distance 😊

TV wasn't working properly. We couldn't watch any movie or program.

Very convenient apartment in the city center

Sunny apartment, lots of windows that look out on the street and the parking lot. We stayed one week and only heard a bit of street noise on one night, as the apartment is on the third floor. We could see fireworks from the apartment which was a bonus. Lots of comfortable cushions, lots of sockets (even in the ceilings, which was odd), lots of sledges for the kids which was great!

We kind of missed doors between the living room and the other rooms as you could hear the tv from the living room in the bedrooms, or people talking when someone went to be bed early. The sofa is a bit outdated so would replace this one. There is indeed dust on the lamp above the table, but everyone writes his name in the dust, so it is kind of funny to see. Didn't bother us at all.

Great stay for two families

clean, all you needed to have a great stay! great to have the sauna and use it after a day outside. we were two families with 4 children in total and we had enough space. there is one more small toilet, so enough for us to organize in 8 people. comfortable parking and position in the center, walking distance from supermarket and the center.

A little attention to cleanliness makes this property a very nice place to stay.

Property facilities are good, it was comfortable and very good location.

Property cleaning is not so good, not so bad. The dirt on the balcony was not cleaned! Both balconies are full of cigarette butts left by previous customers! The bathroom basin was not cleaned properly, there was dirt! I think should be check it out.

- Very the center of Rovaniemi - Wash machine and clothes dryer - Some sledges.

- A door of a bed room didn’t open. - Bathroom was not clean with red mold. - We couldn’t watch any TV programs, TV is just for DVDs.

Overall, our 3 night stay was excellent and comfortable. Amenities were available. Sauna is also good. Location is also good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Internet connection was slow for 7 pax but we managed. No slippers.

Diivanvoodi oli katki, toa nurgad olid halvasti koristatud. Pannid vajaksid väljavahetamist kuna teflon juba lahti. Parkimiskoht võiks olla paremini tähistatud!

Appartamento spazioso per famiglie numerose :-)

Appartamento spazioso, con 3 camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale in ognuna e due divani nel salotto. Noi ci abbiamo dormito in 10 (4 bambini nei divani). Cucina super fornita con forno, bollitore, microonde e tutto il necessario per cucinare. La sauna nel bagno fantastica viste le temperature basse invernali. La posizione è centrale e a piedi si può andare ovunque in Rovaniemi, anche la fermata del bus non è distante. Check in e check out indipendente, siamo arrivati tardi e abbiamo trovato le chiavi nel box che poi abbiamo lasciato nell’appartamento.

פתיחת דלת כניסה: בתור תיירים בפינלנד לא היינו מודעים לצורת הפתיחה המיוחדת שיש כאן , ניסינו לפתוח את הדלת ללא הצלחה עד שבדקנו באינטרנט והבנו את צורת הפתיחה אפשר לפתור זאת ע"י הסבר הולם או ליווי לדירה והדרכה. ידית דלת מקרר חסרה, אינטרנט לפעמים מתנתק

Jääkaappi oli vaikea avata. Osa osa matkaseurueesta ei saanut ovea auki ollenkaan koska kahva puuttui ovesta. Suurimman osan ovien kahvoista irtos kun avas ovet. Vuodesohvan mekanismi rikki ei voitu käyttää. Levitettävästä sängystä puuttui pohjalautoja. Nukkumatiloja oli vain 8.

l'appartamento è molto spazioso, noi eravamo in 6 quindi ognuno aveva la sua stanza. La cucina è ben fornita di utensili, non abbiamo avuto problemi a cucinare, il freezer e il frigo spaziosi, bellissimo il salone con il divano e la il tavolo d pranzo. La chicca è la sauna in bagno, disponibili anche lavatrice e asciugatrice.
