Check-in was extremely stressful
Location was amazing. Very brief walk to a large supermarket located at the back of the apartment and located across the road from a bus stop. Short walk to the city centre. Sauna, washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
Before arriving, I received an email offering early check-in. I was delighted and requested a 3pm check-in, which was accepted. I knew I would receive an email on the day of arrival with instructions on how to access the apartment, and I assumed this would simply be a code or straightforward entry instructions.
We arrived in a taxi shortly after 3pm with four children, two large suitcases, and six backpacks. I checked my email, I discovered we had to walk 250m to a car park to collect the key. As we were unfamiliar with the area, so relied on the directions provided in the link, but the location provided was actually about 800m away and to a fast food restaurant, which was very inconvenient.
My husband had to stay outside in the cold with three young children and all the luggage while my son and I walked for about 15–20 minutes to collect the key. When we arrived, we asked for directions to this car park, but the staff gave us a key. We were absolutely frozen walking back to the apartment- as this was completely unexpected, and we weren't dressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the key did not work when we returned to the apartment. We then had to ring the number provided for the apartment staff, who were not very apologetic and told us we had arrived early and needed to wait for another email confirming the apartment was ready. Eventually, someone came to let us in, but this was by far the most difficult and frustrating check-in experience I have ever had while on holiday.
After finally getting inside, all I wanted was to make a cup of tea. However, I was disappointed to find the dishwasher was full and had to be emptied, meaning we had to do housework immediately upon arrival. This did not create a welcoming first impression and suggested a lack of attention to the guest experience.
A few days later, we actually meet another family standing outside in the cold, again finding it extremely difficult to get into the apartment too.

Be very careful. Security (and of course safety) is a major concern. Good location.
The location was close to the train station and the centre of town.
Cheaply constructed (cupboards and kitchen) and furnished. Very small bedroom with two single beds, plus only one shower in flat. What was alarming was the security. On the day of checkout at 1130, a man appeared in the apartment (cleaner). He let himself in (he had his own key). At the time we (my family) were still getting dressed, in preparation for checkout at 1200. I also noticed on the morning of the second day one window ajar. I found this strange as the night before I checked all windows given the flat was on the ground floor. I thought nothing of this, but given our experience at 1130 on the day of checkout, I would offer a word of caution for all.

It had everything we needed.. A very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment was only for one night but would definitely stay again. There were 8 of us and 4 on sofa beds and rest in rooms and didn’t feel cramped.

Great family Stay
This place was perfect for our family...we all had our own space, kitchen fully equipped, everything you need even the washing machine and tumble dryer. Great big entrance to sort yourself out with all your layers. The place is always warm and the sauna is a fabulous extra. Towels are provided and beds and pilows are super comfy. So close to most amenities and the car park is in the garage underneath which saves you scraping the car of snow everyday!! Highly reccomend

The apartment was lovely. Had everything you need ready for us including towels, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, washing powder, paper towels, bin bags and hand soap. Lovely shower and apartment was very warm. Very close to the shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Bus stops close enough too.

I think i have never booked before a property that had this very high level a cleanliness! Congratulations!!
Besides the clever arrangement of the flat and nice design, the sauna is the mega bonus of this property: The best thing to do at evenings, after a long day of excursion.
If we really have to mention something we didn't appreciate, there are the following tiny details:
- Absence of strainer (for pasta) in the kitchen.
- Pillows in bed too thick

The apartment was aesthetically designed. Very neat and tidy and close to the city centre. Big wardrobes and a well equipped kitchen. The sauna was also great to have.

Great location, near to the Santa's village. Everything was much then perfect. Apartment was clean, very nice, sauna in bathroom, comfortable beds. Next to the supermarket. Very friendly staff.

Great central apartment.
Great little apartment within easy walking distance of town centre. Very comfortable and clean. We only had one night and ate out, but it is pretty well equipped for basic catering. It was quiet at night. Underground car parking for our car too. There is also a small outside area with table and chairs. Our contact was already there and waiting for us with the keys and was very helpful showing us around.
Nothing really. I’m not so keen on memory foam mattresses. They tend to be a bit hot & the pillows were huge, but that is just a personal choice.

- close walk to the city centre , play park , museum & church
- use of our very own sauna
- fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes
- decorated modern and comfortably
-outside decking area where we built a snowman
I really don’t have any complaints at all but was pleasantly surprised to find out they do have Wi-Fi as they say they don’t have internet access on here and on there own website so I was not expecting it but this is not a complaint as it was very handy to have it
