Lovely experience, best view in town, amazing hosts!

The stay was incredible, with the best service from the hosts who created an amazing experience. Sweet and helpful with everything! Giving the best recommendations of places to see, where to eat and local dishes. Killer view, especially from the rooftop terrace - which was lovely in the evenings! Good sized rooms, looks brand new and very clean.

Like My Home

Hello, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Rustemi Apartments. The house is brand new, spotlessly clean, and everything you need is at your fingertips. I've stayed there countless times. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed, including five-star hotels, in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The owners, Ada and Astrit, are very kind, helpful, and humble. They handle everything related to the house themselves. My son accidentally dropped a coffee table, and it was damaged. They said it could be repaired, so don't worry. I wanted to pay the fee, but they refused. In short, I'd say go and stay without hesitation. Best regards,

5- Star service…AMAZING!

If you're planning a trip to Sarandë, look no further than Rustemi Apartments—this place truly exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of five and booked four apartments (101, 102, 103, and 201) in July 2025 and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Ada, our host, was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, gracious, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Her hospitality really made the difference, turning what was already a beautiful stay into something unforgettable. One evening around 10 PM, we noticed that the air conditioning in one of the apartments wasn’t working properly. Despite the late hour, Ada responded immediately. Within 30 minutes, her husband and father-in-law arrived and fixed the issue on the spot. They worked diligently, replacing several components and filters (even though it was a brand-new unit), and were incredibly apologetic for the inconvenience. That level of dedication and responsiveness is rare, and we were so grateful. Another moment that speaks volumes about Ada’s kindness—I accidentally left behind a couple of clothing items, which I only realized once I was already at the airport. I reached out to Ada, and without hesitation she was happy to post them back to me in London. I was honestly blown away by her generosity and willingness to help, even after our stay had ended. Who does that these days? Truly amazing. As this trip was a celebration for a birthday, we asked Ada if we could invite a few friends over for a small gathering. She was more than accommodating and kindly allowed us to use the beautiful roof terrace for the evening. In total, there were 14 of us, and it was the perfect setting—spacious, private, and offering stunning views over Sarandë. It made the celebration all the more special, and we were so grateful for her generosity and flexibility. Not every host would be so understanding, and Ada went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience.

Amazing

Our host Ada was such a lovely person! From the moment we arrived, she always made sure we were okay by texting us regularly and recommending amazing places to visit and eat. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable—Ada clearly takes great pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was how helpful her family was. Her father-in-law would kindly drive us to the city centre and pick us up whenever we needed, which made everything so much easier. The property itself is fantastic. There’s even a beautiful rooftop on the third floor where you can relax and take in the views. Honestly, I feel like the pictures don’t do the place justice—it’s even better in person. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we truly appreciated Ada’s kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous property.

Gorgeous property, really tidy, cleaned and new towels every day. Around a 20 minute walk from the centre / public beach, it’s very hilly, but we knew this and therefore it is no issue. The lady who runs here, is wonderful, like genuinely amazing host, spoke to us whenever she saw us, sent us loads of local restaurants, bars, activities, just a genuinely wonderful host. The apartments also have a share terrace on the roof, which is lovely to watch the sun set.

Wonderful experience in Rustemi apartment

Everthing Is wonderful in the rustemi apartment. It s located about Two km far from the Sea and the centre. The Building Is new, but the apartements are Better. Insidie you can find everthing you Need. Top choice for a couple, family or friends. The owner Ada Is Always available to give you some tips for the beaches, restaurants and Place to visit.

There Is only a problem, the Road to arrive, but It isn t a owner's fault.

Best experience ever. The owners are really nice they treat us like their family we felt like at home, they helped us with everything, they send us different beaches and different restaurants. You don’t find often people like them. The Apartment was really clean, it gets cleaning every day ,fresh towels. The apartment is on the Hill so you get a really nice view from the city . You have air conditioner, a TV, a kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Saranda. We had the best time ever, we really appreciate everything they done for us.

Perfect place to stay with super sweet host Ada

Such a beautiful apartment and such a lovely host to stay with. Everything is super clean and well organized, spacious, nice view from the mountain on the bay of Sarandë. But the host Ada impressed me the most such a sweet and helpful lady, always giving information, tips etc. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Sarandë. Having a car would be handy as it is on top of a hill.

Apartment was great, very modern, everything super clean. It is a few minutes drive from the city center, but honestly the small distance was appreciated, given that Sarande city center can be quite crowded and chaotic during summer. Also to compensate that, the view is BEAUTIFUL. Also Ada service was the best experience I ever had in a booking hotel. She recommends the best beaches and restaurants to go, always adjusting the recommendations to your needs and wishes. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sarande!!

Perfect!

Apartment Rustemi is the best place we’ve ever stayed in our entire history of traveling around the world. To our surprise, we got picked up by car from the harbour, (we came overseas from Corfu), by the owner Ada’s sweet father, and on the way to the apartment he pointed out all the good spots to visit, including a really nice (and cheap!!) bakery that we tried later on. When we arrived Ada welcomed us, and the apartment was just perfect. The cleanest place ever and just so cozy and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Throughout our stay we were treated like family, including being picked up in the city at night (after some cocktails), coming home to homemade cake and getting lots of good tips and recommendations. No matter the time and place, we could always reach the family and they were always ready to help. We felt so safe and happy that we ended up extending our stay. We would never even consider living in another place while in Albania. We can recommend this amazing place to everyone. Thank you so much and see you next time Armando, Amelia and Ada ❤️

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view

The place was just so clean and had everything we needed. It was really comfortable and our host Ada was always ready to help or give us helpful info for places to visit. It was just a great experience and the place has an amazing view.

It was really great, the only thing that is good to be aware of is that the road to the apartment is a little steep, but as I got used to Albanian roads I have seen that that is quite normal and you get used to the road.

A perfect luxurious getaway from the busy city centre, amazing view.

After spending some days in bunk beds in hostels this was the perfect getaway. The appartment is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could wish for. It is perfectly clean and feels brand new. The balcony is perfect for a last drink before bed time. The owners are beyond amazing and honestly, I never had better hosts. They help you with everything they can. A true example of Albanese hospitality.

It is a bit far from the city centre. But no worries, the owners will help you to get to their location. Bonus: the amazing view over the bay.

Lovely place and people

Our apartment at Rustemi was exactly as the photos shown on booking, even better as it had new and modern furniture and all the equipment necessary to make our stay as comfy as possible. The place was impeccably clean. The view on the bay of Saranda and starry night sky was breathtaking. But what really made the difference was the people, Ada and Armando went above and beyond to make us feel home with advice about the amenities near Saranda or just a chat, they really made us feel welcome. The best experience and the best people met in Albania. 100% recommended.

Everything was 10/10. Location is perfect away of the crowded streets of Sarandë. Simply one of the best views in town. Apartment full equiped With all you need. Comfy and chic and new. Path is really easy, don’t expect anything much better in Albania. Hosts are one of the main positive points of the acomodation, they will make your trip easier. Highly recomended, probably you wont find anything similar in Sarandë.
