A truly gracious host who cares about your well-being and offers an excellent, cozy, and modern apartment. His family lives right next and supports with cleaning the terrace (every day) and even takes care of the rubbish - that was unexpected but pretty appreciated. We felt right at home and were warmly welcomed by his friend and father. It should be mentioned that the building is located on a hill and you have to climb some stairs (for wheelchair users or similar). Otherwise, the accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay and, above all, cleanliness in every room! Although the apartment is small, the space has been perfectly utilized and very well designed. We traveled as a couple with a cat and heavy luggage (3 luggage, 2 shopping bags with household items etc., a litter box, and a small scratching post) and still had enough space to store everything. You can get to the beach and a few shops like Rossmann very quickly by car. We highly recommend the “Pizza Savos” snack bar just south of the apartment. Both - the snack bar and the host accept payment in euros. Euros can be withdrawn at the nearby Raiffeisenbank in the southern part of the city for a fixed fee of 6€ (which is relatively good value). The ATM also supports NFC payments via Google/Apple Pay. Otherwise, the location is well chosen, as the hustle and bustle is not right on your doorstep. Good to know: Earplugs are recommended for the night if it's not raining and some villagers let there dogs sleep outside. Cozy apartment in quiet area

New apartment in a quiet area. The apartment was clean and modern. Small kitchen, but usable for basic meals. Little yard that was great for our dog. About 15 min walk to town center. The family was incredibly nice and hospitable. Even brought us food and wine. Really appreciated the kindness. Thank you!

Bel appartement

Petit appartement avec tout le nécessaire (machine à laver le linge, table à repasser, cafetière, gaufrier, etc...). Tout est neuf et propre. Emplacement en retrait du centre et donc plus au calme avec possibilité de garer facilement la voiture. Une petite terasse/balcon parfaite pour manger. Je recommande.

I proprietari sono stati davvero carini e super disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno. ci hanno anche cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani durante la settimana -cosa assolutamente non scontata- l'appartamento è proprio vicinissimo ad un supermercato perciò molto comodo se si vuole acquistare beni di prima necessità consigliatissimo

purtroppo tutta saranda è un saliscendi di strade molto ripide e quindi impossibile girare a piedi.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν η τέλεια επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας! Η τιμή ήταν πολύ λογική σε σύγκριση με τις συνθήκες που προσφέρονταν. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφα επιπλωμένο, πολύ καθαρό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες προϋποθέσεις για μια άνετη διαμονή. Επίσης, το περιβάλλον ήταν ήσυχο και κατάλληλο τόσο για χαλάρωση όσο και για εργασία αν εργάζεστε online. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή - κοντά σε όλα όσα χρειάζεστε, αλλά χωρίς τον θόρυβο της πόλης. Η οικογένεια που μας φιλοξένησε ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και ευγενική, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Tutto perfetto la persona incaricata molto educato al mio arrivo mi ha anche offerto acqua e caffè.e andata ben oltre le aspettative. Poi è lontano dal caos e favorisce un soggiorno degno di relax.

Tolles Apartment aber leider sehr unruhige Nacht.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Freundlicher Gastgeber, einfacher Check-In und problemlose Barzahlung.

Leider befindet sich direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer die (sehr laute) Wasserpumpe für das gesamte Haus.
