Home from home

Location was good, very close to the centre of Salisbury but far enough out to be quiet. The facilities and the little touches such as dressing gowns, cleansing pads and sanitary items provided went above and beyond what was expected. The welcome tray was very well stocked. ( I did go and buy some coffee for the cafetiere as I do like fresh coffee in the morning! - but this was very minor). Carole was a great host, very welcoming and just checking in every day. She was there if needed. It was a heatwave and Carole had provided a fan for the bedroom to try and make the very hot nights more comfortable.

Perfect

The location was perfect, close to the city but far enough out to avoid the traffic and get in and out easily. Liked that it was close to Old Sarum as well. Completely self contained and roomy for two people. Bed was very comfortable.

Relaxing Vacation

Little Dene is a beautiful comfortable home managed by a lovely, friendly, responsive and helpful lady Carole. We enjoy our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and Carole provided everything you could possibly need during travel, very thoughtful.

This is just my personal preference - dining area is a bit dim for me. It would be nice to have washing machine and a shelf in the bathroom for putting shampoo and shower gel. Other than this, everything else is great.

Fantastic Home away from Home

Carole is a fantastic host, she is always at hand if you need anything...but you won't, because it is all provided for you in this exceptionally beautiful and clean duplex apartment! There are lots of lovely little extra touches, there were even fresh flowers from her gorgeous garden; she really has thought of everything. We felt really well rested; it is very hot at the moment but there was an oscillating fan provided and blackout curtains in the bedroom, (plus ice cubes in the freezer!) Wonderful apartment, we can't wait to return 🥰♥️

We loved every minute of our stay! If we could give 11/10 we would!

A perfect apartment to use as a base to explore all of the Salisbury attractions!

The apartment was safe, clean, with high quality facilities and in a great location. It has a lovely garden too! Carole also provided all the essentials we needed- towels, bread, milk, eggs, apples, cleaning products, toilet rolls, cooking oil, teabags, coffee and sugar- so we didn’t have to worry about bringing those things or going shopping for them during our stay.

The little ornaments and flowers. Milk for coffee and breakfast cereal 😋. Gorgeous garden. Near to the bus stop and very surprised the Co op stayed open until late on a Sunday.

Excellent apartment, ideal for our visit to family nearby

Beautifully appointed, decorated & equipped apartment with everything we could need and lots of well thought out extras which were much appreciated. It was lovely to be able to have our adult daughter using the pull-out bed downstairs - the downstairs toilet makes this a very convenient arrangement

Lovely cottage that exceeds expectations, run by a lovely host.

The place, the host, the amenities, the little extras! The attention to detail. The baby facilities inclusive toys. The sweet treats. Everything was amazing and above our expectations. Definitely a place to recommend and stay again!

Nothing to note. Isn't located at walking distance from Salisbury centre but that isn't in itself an issue as there are public transportes and parking.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay at Little Dene. The apartment was immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished and well provisioned. We loved all the little extras. Carole was an excellent host and met us upon our arrival. Everything was just perfect for us. Thank you Carole.

A well appointed cosy apartment for two

Parking was easy, just outside with plenty of space. The apartment was spotless.I haven't seen a property so clean and inviting. The kitchen looked out to the garden and there were windows out to the garden furniture provided for our use. There were basic cooking equipment and facilities so preparing our own food was easy. The Coop was at the bottom of the road and a Harvester restaurant also within walking distance. Walking to Salisbury was easy and well explained by Carole. She visited us fairly soon after we arrived and asked us anything we needed to know. It was really quiet in a residential area so there was no disturbance at night. Bedroom was spacious with a super walk in shower and lots of toiletries and other items you may need.

I am used to a dishwasher so was surprised to have to wash up.

Lovely stay and great host.

Great location and facilities. Felt very safe in the current climate. Great parking and amenities. Lots of cleaning products, sanitiser and masks! Lovely bedding and towels!

Really small and picky things - would be helpful to have a pack at the property with guidance (this is spread around with little notes). Also some recommendations for local eateries/take away options. A couple of extras in the kitchen - prosecco glasses and utensils (tongs for cooking). Albeit on the whole very well stocked and had lots of extras for drinks/cereals which were unexpected and very appreciated.
