Half decent would stay again wouldn’t take a holiday there though.

It was clean tidy beds were comfortable sofa wasn’t so much not the same sofa that’s in the picture

Nice big appartement, everything was there. Good big rooms en good beds. Comforteble.

Appartment is near a busy road, you can here the neighbours upstairs walk, floor is cracking wood. Earplugs are the solution.

Lovely flat I’m close proximity to Salisbury

The property was in a really good position to explore Salisbury and the surrounding areas .It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. The owners were exceptional and made sure we were happy and even provided us with ideas and places to visit in the surrounding areas! Really happy with the communication and would definitely stay there again.

There wasn’t anything I would say against the place. It was exactly what we needed for a short break.

Fantastic apartment, looked just like the photos. Everything we needed. lots of space in the car park. Perfect location.

The double bedroom could do with a mirror and a small wardrobe / hanging rail. There was no outside light near the steps between car park and the building, which would be useful at night.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and felt welcoming. The location was ideal as only a short walk from pubs, shops and restaurants.

The accommodation was almost perfect. Only things that I can think of that could be improved upon in the apartment was the lack of a wardrobe in the main bedroom and no freezer or ice compartment.

Kalt , alte Möbel ,Fenster, undicht , Vermieterhält sich nicht an Vereinbarungen

Ich habe extra schriftlich gebeten , dass das Apartment angenehm geheizt ist wenn wir ankommen !! Das wurde mir auch schriftlich bestätigt! Wir kamen um 17 Uhr an ,die Heizung war abgedreht ,es hatte 14 grad im Apartment, das Fenster im Wohnzimmer hat nicht ordentlich geschlossen —es war sehr ungemütlich. Wir heizten ein und gingen Abendessen, unser Gepäck haben wir im Auto gelassen . Wir kamen um ca21 Uhr 30 zurück, um die Temperatur zu prüfen , es war weiter wirklich kalt und ungemütlich. Wir haben in dem Appartement nichts berührt —außer einem Wasserhahn den wir abdrehtet, der fast eine Überschwemmung verursacht hat . Haben es verlassen (davor selbstverständlich die Heizung wieder abgedreht) Die Einrichtung ist alt , die Fenster undicht , das Zugang zum Apartment dreckig, wie in einer Baustelle , kein Licht bis zur Eintrittstür. Wir haben am nächsten Tag telefonisch an den Besitzer gewendet , er zeigte Verständnis. Trotzdem wurde uns der volle Preis für 3 Tage 564 Pfund verrechnet — finde ich ungeheuerlich —wir haben nichts im Apartment berührt — es wurde nicht einmal ein Preisnachlass diskutiert — einfach abgebucht . Vorsicht vor Stayseekers— die halten sich nicht an Vereinbarungen !!! Sie haben auch unsere Zeit ,die wir geheizt haben dokumentiert, aber voll abkassiert.
