Excellent location and really lovely place to stay

We loved the location as so easy to walk into the facilities nearby. The property was nicely laid out, great facilities. It was great for the 5 of us to get together and catch up.

It’s a minor thing but there was not enough comfortable seating, we were 5 adults over the age of 50+ and there was only 1 sofa. The chairs for the table were very uncomfortable for any length of time and there was nothing else to sit on. For the 2 days we stayed it was fine but this was a minor thing as we all really liked the place.

A real pleasant surprise. Fully equiped.

It was an excellent surprise to find a welcome pack. Coffee, tea, cereals on the counter and with milk in the fridge.

A very attractive & well equipped property, close to Salisbury city centre.

The decor at the property is lovely, very tasteful and bright. The bedrooms and bathroom are a lovely size. Beds comfortable with nice cotton linen. Well stocked kitchen with a washing machine ( no dishwasher, which is fine but it does mention in the information to fill it before you leave) A nice garden out the back and a easy 15/20 minute walk into the city centre. The owners kindly let us have an early check in.

The lack of parking, it says free parking on the listing but in-fact outside and in all the neighbouring streets is permit only between 8am & 6pm. It suggests you use the leisure centre or Waitrose but they only allow 3 hours. I would have happily paid for the use of a permit. Really inconvenient as we were backwards & forwards to the hospital where my dad is. A 3 bed property that sleeps 6 but only one 3 seater couch in the lounge, this made watching tv in the evening quite uncomfortable. I’m sure the door code gets changed often but being unable to lock the door from the inside was unnerving & left us wondering who else may have the door code.

Great Townhouse and Bad Service

Beautiful, quaint, historic townhouse; plenty of room for all three of us.

There was a dismaying & stunning lack of staff availability & attention to detail. I called one of the "partners" (don't remember his name), asking about laundry detergent, shower soap, and additional towels. He was polite, but he more so wondered how I got his phone number--??!! There would be "no one available to help" us with those items on day two of our stay. He would "have Liam call me". Then, the next morning, the cleaning woman showed up at 10:00-something, didn't announce herself (we were waiting inside for a cab), then a supervisor showed up at roughly 11:00, and wondered why we weren't out at 10:00--? Oh, and Liam never called me back about my concerns.

Excelente alojamiento cerca del Avon y sus parques

Aunque es una estancia de alojamiento completo con cocina y demás, colocaron cosas de baño, té, café, pequeñas cajas de cereal y un poco de leche, como lo harían en un hotel. Me parece genial. El baño es muy bonito, disfrutamos de la bañera.

Quizá el lounge podría ser un comedor más en forma, pero en verdad no es un problema.

Grundsätzlich wäre der kleine Garten nett

Schmutziger Teppich beim Eingang. Ungepflegter Garten und keine Gartensitzgelegenheit. Coach sieht sehr verbraucht und unsauber aus. Die Oarkplatzsituation ist unzufriedenstellend.

Nicht so toll wie im Internet präsentiert

Die oberen Zimmer sind sehr schön, einfach der Teppich müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden.

Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer und die drei Sorten Stühle (von 5) waren unterirdisch und passen nicht zu den tollen Bildern wie das Haus präsentiert wird im Internet. Der Besitzer hat zu den zwei Stühlen mit zerrissenem Polster auch keine Stellung bezogen.

Logement très bien situé pour les visites aux alentours

Nous avions à notre disposition du thé, du café, du lait et quelques céréales pour le petit déjeuner. Les draps et les serviettes étaient fournies. L’appartement est agréable dans l’ensemble et le voisinage aussi

Le salon manque d’une table basse et d’assises. Le logement est prévu pour 6 personnes mais il y a tout juste 6 chaises et un seul canapé
