Self check-in was easy and straightforward, the breakfast basket was a lovely surprise and the air conditioning was very much appreciated in the middle of the heat wave.
Honestly the Pear Tree really helped make our stay in Salisbury, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

The apartments are close to the station, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Some breakfast items, a pint of milk and some bottled water is provided. Some tea and coffee is also provided. Cooking facilities are good. The bed is comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful.
The tap water is horrible. It leaves a thick film on tea. A simple water filter system would be appreciated. The handwash and bathroom items are heavily scented, musky, masculine and overpowering. A neutral unisex fragrance or unfragranced would be much better. The cost of the apartment is really high. However, Salisbury is an expensive place to stay generally speaking.
