Served its purpose

Location was good and very quiet considering it is right by the train station. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. Free breakfast items was a nice touch as was the milk and water in the fridge. Parking was good too.

We were in Room 16. The living are was very small and the sofa was uncomfortable. The kitchen is not really usable if you wanted to prepare meals. It is too small and there is no worktop space to prepare anything. The photos make it look a lot bigger than it actually is

Convenient, clean and tidy.

Close to the station. Breakfast supplies and milk are most welcome. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely, helpful reception staff. My second stay. Will stay again.

Can be pricey. If you stay in the studio be aware you will experience some kitchen appliance noise. TV is OK to watch in bed but need binoculars from the sofa! Please change that awful hand-wash, shower stuff. It's really overpowering and masculine.

Had everything I needed, quite modern, clean and tidy, good location. Handy laundry room and well priced vending machine.

If i’m being picky- Could hear a little road noise, my kettle needed a good descale and could hear the apartment below slamming their front door.

Excellent location, great value for money, perfect base to explore Salisbury

Location was superb, easy walk into the centre, some great bars; cafes and restaurants all within close proximity. Room was kean, bed was super comfy, shower was amazing. The breakfast items, milk and water on arrival was a nice touch.

Apartment just needs a little.bit of colour, some fake plants or colourful decor just to brighten it up a little.

Lovely serviced apartments

Wonderful serviced apartment, best place we stayed on our trip around England. Room was well equipped and had everything we needed. Laundry room access and breakfast basket was a delightful and appreciated touch. Check in was breezy, staff were lovely and even the little vending machine in the foyer was well stocked at great prices.

Clean, comfy, & convenient stay in a beautiful city

Picking up keys are so easy at any time of the day or night. There is a kiosk interface in the foyer which quickly passes out key cards and advises you of your room number. Our apartment was on the outside of the main building; had a little patio of it's own which would be more helpful in summer (we went in late December!). It was ideal for our needs; clean, well stocked, comfortable, very quiet. If you need some extras like more toilet rolls or towels you can just pick up from the laundry room. The kitchen was great and they thought of helpful items throughout. The best thing for us was the convenience of being just a few yards from the station yet really close to walking routes into the city. We plan to go back to Salisbury after this first trip and would be happy to choose Pear Tree again if so.

The ceiling above us was perhaps not enough to block out noises from some tenants. We spent four nights here and genuinely commented about how little noise disruption there had been. The streets outside are very quiet, it's not a party place either. We're both terrible sleepers so it's definitely something we notice. The last night there was a fair amount of what sounded like furniture being dragged for a while (again the next morning) and "baby elephant" type stomping around. There had been occupants up there before; but the new guests were making more racket. It sounded like someone with a young child or two. Guessing that the dragging sounds were for a cot etc. Not crazy noisy - but gave the impression that the ceilings don't block sound well. We had been having the telly on a bit high (one of those TVs where the voices aren't clear but music/action makes you jump out of your skin) so worried that we had been annoying to others during our stay.

Fabulous two days in an interesting city with a range of things to see and do.

Very well designed space - contained everything we needed and felt spacious. Good location - near station, short walk to city centre or out to the water meadows.

Great value in a great location

This is my 3rd stay at Peartree (I visit often to see my parents). It’s such a great location right next to the train station. But amazingly well sound proofed as Iv never heard a train! Just a few minutes walk into town to all the shops and restaurants. And a beautiful walk by the park and water meadows to the cathedral. The apartments are a good size and well equipped. Everything is very clean and well kept. You don’t see many staff but when you do they are thoughtful and responsive.

Fantastic, highly recommend

Fabulous accommodation close to station and 10mins walk to cathedral. The bed was super comfortable with a choice of pillows. The whole studio was exceptionally clean with good kitchen & bathroom. Very quiet location. I will definitely stay again.

Comfort, convenience and super staff.

My ‘studio’ apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It was also exceptionally quiet considering how close it was to the railway station/transport links and the town centre. The reception staff were all super helpful and friendly, and (in working hours) happy to assist and take care of luggage if you have plans that don’t match the check in times. Though these are also pretty generous.

Perfect.

Apartment had everything we could possibly need. Every detail had been considered: cottonwood pads; milk; breakfast foods; generous amount of tea & coffee; plenty of towels; well-equipped kitchen. Location was brilliant, a minute from the station, about 10 minutes walk jnto the centre. Having the corridors and doors decorated for Christmas was a lovely touch.

Only thing that would be desirable would be a plug socket with a USB port. But very minor.

Our stay was nothing short of Amazing.

The Apartment team were excellent. I was kept very well informed of how to collect my Apartment pass card and It was very easy. The complimentary breakfast basket was a very nice touch . The location is very good and not far from the center of Salisbury. The Apartment was very clean and I cant find fault with anything.

Great location and staff. Comfy and clean.

Great location next to the train station only a minute or two away. Short walk to the cathedral. Also next to the Watermeadows Park. I only stayed for two nights but with the well stocked kitchen you could easily stay for a week or more. Staff was helpful and kind, I would gladly stay here again.

Well worth the money, 5 stars from me, perfect for couples and your furry friend

There was an automated collection and book in kiosk, very simple to find and use. Also a video guide of how to find the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well catered for and genuinely couldn't be faulted. Extremely close to town and train station, along with multiple good restaurants and transport links. Owner has thought of everything, impressive from start to finish. I will 100 percent be using again Thank you

Great position to train station, easy walk to town and cathedral. Parking. Easy check-in. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The welcome breakfast was great.

If we stay again I will choose a room with opening bedroom windows. This is a personal preference. My husband and daughter were fine and wouldn't change a thing.

Good clean apartments in a v convenient location with car parking

Very clean and well equipped apartments. We had two of differing sizes. Helpful member of staff available on phone when reception is closed. Some reading books , board games and useful hints and tips on places to visit in the lobby area. Quiet location yet only ten minutes walk from centre and two minutes walk from railway station. Bonus to have onsite car parking

The automated check in kiosk was unfortunately not working correctly when we arrived However a member of staff kindly came over within around ten minutes to rectify the situation.
