Amazing accommodation - everything was perfect and we can't wait to come again!!!

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at Hideaway. The apartment is a real gem - the best holiday apartment we have stayed at EVER. We can't thank Nicola enough for making us feel so welcome and at home - and more than that, special. Best air bandb ever stayed in. Exceptional in all criteria.

Outstanding location for cathedral and city centre. Apartment spotless and every need and more catered for. Nicola our hostess was wonderful from helping us park to a couple of check ins to see we were ok.

Perfect location for a stay in Salisbury

The owner provided all the necessities you could possibly want or need. When we arrived we felt like we were given the keys to a friend’s home. It is beautifully decorated, quiet and clean. An easy walk from the train station or bus. A short walk to the Cathedral and the Stonehenge shuttle bus stop. A perfect place to stay. Thank you Nicola for all of your assistance. We had a fabulous stay!

An outstanding property in every way, the best we saw in a three week journey of the UK!!

The provisions left by Nicola for breakfast are exceptional. My sister and I stayed for two nights and honestly, for the first time on our three week journey through the UK, this was the first place where we felt it was like home. One of my main reasons for coming to Salisbury was to see the magnificent Cathedral and attend a service there. I couldn't believe how close Nicola's property was to the entrance to the Cathedral.

This question should be removed from the survey because there was absolutely nothing we didn't like and appreciate about this apartment. Nicola herself is a most delightful person, whose warm and contagious personality is reflected in the special touches and overall "vibe"of Hideaway.

Excellent property & perfect location

Absolutely everything! This is the best property we have ever stayed in & the only one we felt comfortable in using dishes/utensils without washing them first. The host (Nicola), was exceptional. The directions were spot on, access was easy as she used a lock box code given by us, so we knew it wasn't just a generic one used over again. She even checked in with us on the first morning to make sure everything was ok. There was every supply & facility you needed, and some that were pure luxury. Location was superb, being right on the high street & only a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. The free private parking is another great bonus. From the minute you walk through the door, you can tell the property has been really thought out. Nicola mentioned she stayed there during construction & this explain why it feels comfortable & well designed. We would not hesitate to recommend or use this apartment again.

Excellent stay with family

Nicola is a warm and welcoming host and paid attention to details. She even offered to change the old england bank note for me. Eggs/milk/fruit/snack/breakfast and even age appropriate toys for the kids ! Everything is prefect and my family enjoyed the stay a lot

The only down side is While the wifi in the living room was ok, The wifi signal in the bed room is non existent. A simple wifi booster can easily solve the problem

Holiday Perfection, from the hostess, to the location, amenities and more.

This apartment is in the best possible location in Salisbury. Close to everything, yet quiet at night. Simply perfect. The hostess is amazing. We have been renting places like this for decades, in many parts of the word. This experiences stands out as the best ever, with second place not even close. The hostess thinks of everything you could possibly need, and even some things you didn’t think of. This was the most amazing stay, ever.

A cosy, stylish and delightful place to stay.

Nicola could run a masterclass in 5 star hosting! The Hideaway offers the perfect mix of characterful cosiness with contemporary style. The apartment is pristinely decorated and immaculately clean. There are thoughtful touches throughout that make you feel pampered and welcome - from high quality treats to well stocked toiletries. Nicola herself is a perfect host. Her enthusiasm and dedication to detail ensure an outstanding guest experience. The apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the entrance to the Catherdral square. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it had been longer.

The location was perfect right in the centre so easily accessible to everything with no driving needed unless going outside of Salisbury. The accommodation was perfect clean and fresh and lovely.

Nicola, our hostess was exceedingly attentive and helpful and provides a lovely comfortable apartment. There are extra touches and treats exceeding expectations. A nearby parking space is also extremely useful. Hideaway Holiday Apartment is centrally situated which makes it ideal for visiting all the local sites of interest. We had a wonderful, relaxing few days.

A cosy city centre pad with all modern conveniences

We absolutely loved our stay in Hideaway which has a superb central location with the benefit of a car parking space too. Communication with Nicola was brilliant from the outset. The apartment was really cosy and very comfortable and we did not want for anything. There were so many really thoughtful, practical and special touches. We would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Everything! We think it was one of the very best apartment style accommodation we have ever been too , it had everything, nothing was left wanting for. The breakfast items supplied just made our stay so easy. The location was perfect right near the cathedral and in the middle of the Salisbury shopping area. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated too. And a dedicated parking spot just out the back. Our host - Nicola, kept in touch to ensure everything was ok, which was lovely too.

It really couldn't have been better.

Having carefully read all the previously glowing reviews of The Hideaway I can, in all honesty, say I don't think they do this apartment justice. I've stayed in many good hotels and apartments, some of them really good. But always there has been a thought that by just adding this, doing that or including something else those really good places could be exceptional. Well, The Hideaway, does add this, do that and includes just about everything else. Try as I might, and I can really try when I put my mind to it, I cannot find any fault. Outstanding facilities, excellent communications, perfect location. My only regret is that it does take away one of life's greatest pleasures, something to grumble about.

A good stock of essentials and breakfast foods was included. The apartment had all the comforts of home provided, and couldn't have been better equipped. Nicola (the owner) was very helpful and makde sure that we had everything we needed.

A very pleasant experience.

The host made us very welcome and provided food and toiletries to get us started without have do do a shop for supplies for he first days. You could start your holiday activities straight away. The apartment was spotless and as it was at the back of the building was very quiet. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the Host Nicola and her apartment.

Perfect base for exploring Salisbury and its surroundings.

The attention to detail by the owner was superb, provisions, "treats", facilities and owner interactions are exactly what is should be provided in such properties (but isn't always !). Furthermore the location just outside the cathedral was excellent as was Salisbury itself - well worth visiting. Private parking provided.

Comfortable high quality apartment in centre of town.

The apartment was comfortable and cosy. It was spotlessly clean and everything was provided that you could possibly need- including breakfast, fruit and nibbles! Even toothpaste and brushes in case you needed them. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen. The apartment is on the High Street but at the rear of the building so was very quiet. The use of a parking space was really useful in the centre of town and you are within walking distance of most attractions.The communication from Nicola before we arrived was excellent with very concise directions and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure there were no problems. We will certainly stay again if we are in Salisbury .

First class accommodation in a central location, with fantastic attention to detail.

Nicola went to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We had everything we could possibly need, and there were lots of nice little touches, like the fresh flowers that greeted us on our arrival, and the books and games provided for the children. We were also very grateful for the generous snacks and breakfast items provided - the children were particularly excited about the dinosaur crumpets! The apartment, with its delightful period features, is absolutely beautiful, and the city centre location (just five minutes from the cathedral) meant that we were able to explore Salisbury with ease. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A wonderful place to stay, in an excellent location.

The breakfast that was offered was fantastic, and it was very nice that the host checked in with us if we had any dietary requirements before buying the food. The facilities were amazing, and all the little touches, such as a fully stocked bathroom cabinet with everything you could need, and arrival drinks were such nice touches.

Due to a misunderstanding, I believed the property was a 2 bedroom property, but it is only 1 bedroom.

When I was working in the area I stayed at the hideaway,the property is absolutely stunning,spotless,comfortable and luxurious and all the little touches made the stay far superior to anywhere I have stayed before.Located in the city centre with private allocated parking it's perfect for for all the restaurants,shops and pubs.Will definitely return.Highly recommend.

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum, perfekt und hochwertig ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, im Kühlschrank gab es Butter, Milch, Orangensaft, etc., so dass wir erstmal gar nicht einkaufen mussten. Nikola war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
