We liked the stay though. It was a very cozy home away from home.

The proprty was easy to locate.

The property could have done with a deep carpet wash and a cleaning of the entrance porch. The carpet was stained in so many places. Furthermore it'd be nice to put a note on the property to say the stairs are not very friendly for younger children. My 2 year old found them very difficult to navigate and they were too narrow to carry her up and down with ease. A brief mention of possible car parks to park nearby would also be nice seeing as it's resident only parking during the day.

Very good 3 storey terrace house that's close to town and plenty of space.

Good location 10 minutes from Town.

Only downside was upstairs was only accessible by a very narrow and steep spiral staircase. Difficult if you are mobile but certainly not if you have the slightest mobility issue

The shower wasn’t fully operational wasn’t hot The host claimed it was fine yet you have plumbers attending the shower head because it wasn’t working The host was rude and quite disrespectful I wouldn’t stay there again unless I met him in person to address his bad behaviour

Parking was a nightmare.Had to leave car at relatives and shell out 22.00 per day.

The stay was okay but it’s overly priced the accommodation you actually stay in

bathroom wasn’t very clean. Mouldy/dirty shower curtains. Fridge looked really old and rusty Outside could do with basic clean! cobwebs by the the front door, used plaster on the floor back garden full of rubbish bin bags

Low Standards

Nothing only nice bedroom was the top hedroom

Everything throughout all grubby , the company itself has said it needs a refurb, window broke upstairs it was freezing which company said that didn't affect the temperature even know it wasn't shut what a joke! radiator didn't work in the living room. Had to clean plates before use. The bathroom wasn't nice no wonder they don't show the photo of it. Staircase tight and dangerous carry bags up and down them. Sofa stained, we put the throw on there so we didn't have to sit directly on it, then to cold so made the decision to leave. The standard are not good more like a student accommodation tacky!

One of the bedroom windows don't close , all bed linen not ironed, pan handle falling apart ,couldn't use toaster was full of bread bits inside and under it, cheap tissues and kitchen rolls, parking problems, should have notified,garden part with weeds, etc.

Spiral staircase is very narrow so hard to carry stuff upstairs and other stairs also quite steep. Need more sofa space, we were just about ok with 4 of us but given it sleeps 7 or even 9.....and no coffee table to put drinks on or to play games

Superb

Location was excellent and was a short walk into the city. Alternatively an excellent and frequent bus service was available at the end of the road. The property had everything you needed for a short stay.

The stairs were different but then we shall be talking about them for years to come!

perfect for small group facilities not to far away

comfortable perfect for our needs quiet area and only 10 mins walk to centre

spiral staircase ok for us but could be difficult for others , only one bathroom and toilet so if upstairs at night made it difficult if getting up during the night for toilet break

Great location, great value as a base

Very clean, comfortable bedrooms, spacious. Very centrally located. Lovely walk to old sarum. Great base to get out. Good value Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet rolls, cereal etc. Hosts welcoming.

The living space was limited. The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable. Only seating for 4 (which is fine as there were only 4 of us). Missed not having a table and chairs, but there were some patio furniture outside, for 4. Lovely spiral staircase, but it was narrow to go up and down. Stairs to top floor very steep. Only suitable for fully able people.

It was very clean, conveniently located to the centre of town, fantastic communication from the manager and the staff. It had excellent facilities.
