It had a pretty cottage style decor. It was very clean and in a good location.
It was disturbing the choice books in the bookcase: dictators books including Meinkaff by Hitler, the Romanoves, Stalin … it gave me shivers.
One night the neighbours had their washing machine and then the dryer all night and it was against my bedroom wall - the noise and the rattling of their washing went on until almost 5 the morning- I emailed the owner several times from 11pm until 3am, she replied at 7am that it must’ve been the house’s boiler which in any case, even if it was, is still unsuitable for anyone trying to stay in that room overnight.
