The apartment was close to town- if it hadn't been so rainy we could have walked in.

Spire view definitely applied! The view from the kitchen window was straight across from the Cathedral. The living room area and bedroom were nicely furnished.

A parking permit is supplied but parking was really tight.

Fabulous week in a lovely apartment

Location was great as we could walk into town, restaurants, pubs etc. Great communication from hosts and parking permit organized by them. Apartment is just what we needed for the week. Great bed, good shower, kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine. Washing machine was easy to use. We loved it all!

Our only recommendation would be to have a few instructions on how to use oven, coffee machine etc or just call Adam like I did!

Good but needs freshen up

Location to city was good could walk in.

Fridge not working, old 'camper fridge' (looked like cool box) was left in lounge area, on floor in front of window. Water gets very very hot quickly, no warning sign. Rugs looked old and dirty, could do with a freshen up, hall stair carpet dirty. Keysafe not easy to open

Bed very comfortable. Property easy walk to city centre.

Parking was difficult. Parking on both sides of road. However always got a space. Property came with permit arranged by owner before arriving.

A very convenient apartment for a visit to Salisbury

Well equipped, clean, and in a convenient location (10 minute walk into the centre of Salisbury). Plenty of towels and our request to have the sofa bed made up was carried out.

Great location

We loved the location, a 10 minute walk to the city centre and the train station. The apartment is in a quiet area that was easy to find, clean, tidy, and big enough for a single or for a couple. Be prepared for a narrow steep climb up the stairs to the apartment (one flight only). I slept on the pull-out futon. This was firm yet comfortable, and the main bed was also comfortable. David was kind and arranged a parking permit, a must if you have a car. Great stay!

The only suggestion I can make is that there be a welcome/information pack for guests on the area and how to use the appliances.

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

Great location within easy walking distance to the city. Host was very responsive and answered all questions. Clear instructions were given for how to enter and how to operate equipment. Apartment was reasonably spacious, kitchen well equipped and wifi good. On street parking was provided via a digital permit provided by the host

Salisbury stay.

The key safe number had been sent prior to check in, so it made for ease to get the keys from the key safe and then check in. Parking had been provided which was on the street which I found was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for the stay that we wanted, towels etc were provided, the futon was also very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is within a nice walking distance to the city centre and to the cathedral.

The stairs up to the apartment were narrow, and I found that the light was very dark so we had to put our phone torches on to see where we were going. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom handle seems to be barely hanging on, so when going in and out of the bathroom had to be cautious.

Very comfortable flat for two people. All the necessary equipment was available and a nice big tv. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Easy to find.

Warm clean and functional. Good for a short stay and easy to walk to the station and into the city.

Could do with an extra set of keys in case more than one person is staying there Bedroom very small might the bed might not suit a tall big person.

Clean, beautiful, well cared for, in a good area it had everything to cook, Everything was in its place, the host was very friendly all the time pending, I have no complaints I would return a thousand times to this apartment.

The spacious sanitation was so good that I have no complaints about it, I liked everything.
