Central location for town centre.
Apartment very modern with good facilities.

Nothing
Everything. The whole experience from start to finish was horrendous. The hosts are gangsters and I will never stay again. They extort money from you.

Superb accommodation, good facilities and a lovely location. Parking wasn’t on site but across the street and wasn’t expensive or too busy. Staff helpful when we needed help locating and accessing the property. Would recommend.
We couldn’t find the address, then struggled with the correct door code. We called for help and were able to find the right door after a minute or two, and we just needed to add a hashtag to the code, which they will add to future texts/messages for guests, so no one should struggle.

Central location, modern design, spacious, great kitchen and walk in wardrobe
A few maintenance issues that need sorting that would turn this review from good to excellent: TV remote didn’t work, smart TV doesn’t connect to the WiFi, no batteries in wall clock, WiFi dips in and out, broken bed slats so mattress sags in the middle, broken bin lid

Excellent location if you plan to visit the city centre, it has everything one needs for a nice stay.
Easy check in and check out.
Huge walk-in closet.
There was complementary coffee, teas and mince pies!
Paying Car park right in front of the flat.
If you are in the downstairs flat and there is people upstairs you’ll definitely hear their steps.
The TV remote batteries had no power left so it was useless.
Car park not included.

All was great

This was a completely frustrating experience. Before, during and after arrival there has been a steady stream of automated messages inviting communication and assuring that support is available 24-7. The apartment is lit primarily with overhead LED flood lights. Immediately upon arrival I noticed two overhead bulbs were strobing or out completely. I notified using all the channels they provided (too many - it was confusing because there autoreplies pointed back to each other)...anyway it's a long story with me giving them lots of updates each day, a some promises of support, and nothing actually getting fixed...by the end of the visit (3 nights) 6 bulbs were strobing - at least one in every room. All the while I was still receiving automated messages about how maintenance support is here to help 24-7. Oh, and if you intend to use a microwave, I hope you are a giant cause it's about 7ft in the air. The apartment is nice and well equipped, but I'll never go back.

Liked how clean and spacious it was, beautifully decorated and rightly displayed
Close to everything which made everything perfect
Hated that the wifi was not working my entire stay, the plan was for my partner and I to binge watch movies and relax since we hardly get time to do so but nothing, it wouldn’t work on the tv which was extremely frustrating and we had to look for other ways to entertain ourselves… stuff tried to help but not really as the matter was fixed at all

Just situated across the road from Salt Lane car park is perfect.
We found the property very clean and comfortable with high quality furnishings, bedding and household goods
The property is also in a great location for visiting all that Salisbury has to offer.

The location and everything was superb.
Nothing I didn't like but would recommend install air-condition for summertime. Not wise to have windows open since it's in town and anyone could climb through it. It's hot in the night and would need air-condition to cool the place.

Space and facilities
The bed springs could be felt and the bed was too soft leaving me (Louise) with a sore back by the end of the week. Bed needs to be replaced with a new firm bed

Location excellent for visiting family who live near by.
Weather was hot so a fan in the attic bedroom would have been a bonus.

Noisy at night. Had to keep windows open as apartment v hot and no fans, despite asking. In fact no reply to my email asking about fans.
Beds uncomfy.

Clean and comfy. Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms, but we were extremely impressed by it. All rooms were generous sizes, bathroom cosy for 4 people sharing, but we managed. More mirrors would ease congestion in there though xx would definitely book again 🙂
Could do with more mirrors which would ease pressure on the small bathroom, but we coped x

the location was perfect. everything near by.
Parking was an issue; it cost us approximately AU$40+ per day for parking.

It was very clean and it all looked very newly decorated. The sitting room was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with glasses & crockery.

The house is well decorated. it’s located conveniently near the train station and restaurants. Coffee and tea are provided, with milk/sugar, which we appreciated. we enjoyed Salisbury.
1. there was a badly leaking faucet in the kitchen. I wrote to the staff about it but it was not addressed
2. The neighborhood is not very attractive
3. I struggled to operate the stove/oven. I asked for help but the staff didn’t have the information.

Apartment was close to the Market Square and Cathedral. The street the apartment is in is not attractive. The taxi driver who drove me from Sherborne was concerned leaving me in the street.
I had a poor experience due to miscommunication and unresolved issues with the property management. Despite being promised a just after 1pm early check-in, I was denied access upon arrival and had to wait in cold conditions until after 2pm, only to be told access was a "goodwill gesture" requiring a fee I couldn't pay due to a technical issue on their platform that they kept saying days before arrival that they were looking into/escalating. I arranged my taxi from Sherborne, 1.5 hours away, based on the assurance of an early check-in.
The apartment had several problems:
1. Microwave and bathroom fan were placed too high to reach, I’m 5’6”
2. Heated bathroom floor didn’t work, was in lock mode. The porcelain tiles were very cold.
3. A promised dryer, referred to in the promotional material and apartment YouTube video, did not exist.
4. There were 2 black and 2 peppermint teabags for my 4 night stay.
5. There are two large hopper windows but they open onto the street at about hip height, no security, I felt claustrophobic.
Maintenance was uncoordinated and untimely, with a maintenance staff member showing up unannounced at night and later being unavailable on a Friday, contrary to earlier assurances.
Communication with the company was confusing and ineffective, involving multiple agents who seemed unfamiliar with the property. I found the process frustrating and time-consuming and would avoid using a non-local management company in the future.

Very well fitted out with amenities, very smart and comfortable.
Shower never got hot enough, tad over lukewarm at best. The television would also keep cutting out mid show, nothing I could do about this.

Lovely decor and great location
Front door very stiff and difficult to open.

The apartment is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet and near the city centre.
The tv remote only worked when held a few cm from the set. On one or two occasions I had to insert the code several times before the street door would open

The big head on the shower is a bit limp, but luckily the small head is just fine

location very good cleaners very very helpful
the company who you phoned with any problems\ question
were not helpful in fact they were unhelpful and gave the impression that I was a time waster although I ask them not to send you tubes as my phone is old sent a you tube on how to install underfloor heating when I ask how to operate heating in bathroom.
also one telling me how to work the dishwasher which had been broken for two week and was only renewed the day before
I moved out I WAS THERE FOR TWO WEEKS and had agreed on a late check out 12am instead odf11am which was cancel when I said I did not work men in on my last day but was told they would come and and at that time they decided to cancel the late check out also told washing machine was a washer dryer it was not. Bedding of poor quality Wi fi very poor kept cutting out. SO VERY VERY DISAPOINTED

The enormous bath.
Overnight parking in Salisbury is tricky. The car park that you recommend is for three hours max. The parking at the train station is much better and only a short walk from the house.

The shared entrance was on a quiet side street very close to the city centre & opened easiliy with the provided 5-digit code. We had the ground floor apartment which was accessed from the hallway using the same code. Inside the lounge/kitchenette had a comfortable 3-seater sofa, coffee table, standard lamp, dining table & 4 chairs, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, touch-control ceramic hob, large toaster, kettle with teabags, coffee pod machine with pods, sink with washing up liquid, sponges & tea-towels, dishwasher with tablets, washing machine & large FHD DVB-T2 Android TV. Dimmable ceiling lights over the kitchenette and lounge area provided plenty of light. Kitchen cupboards contained plenty of crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots, pans & utensils.
Off the lounge was a washroom with sink, soap & skin lotion dispensers, toilet & a large backlit mirror and the cupboard there contained a steam iron & ironing board.
The door opposite led to the bedroom with very comfortable double bed, bedside drawer units & lamps and large wardrobe with extra towels and bedding in the bottom drawer. The en suite contained another large backlit mirror, wide sink & large shower cubicle with separate overhead and hand-held shower heads. Liquid soap & skin lotion dispensers were provided at the sink and shampoo/conditioner & bodywash dispensers in the shower. A hairdryer was in the sink drawer.
All fixtures, appliances and furniture looked very new and were of good quality and the apartment was stylishly decorated with artificial plants and artwork. Both main rooms had large well-maintained openable sash windows which let in plenty of daylight but also had good curtains that could block it out completely. Free WiFi provided 20Mbps Internet. The apartment and everything in it was very clean.
We were initially unable to unlock the inner door with the provided code but to be fair a quickly answered call to the very polite property manager resulted in that being rectified remotely within a couple of minutes.
The heating in the washroom & en suite was underfloor but the breaker for this was switched off when we arrived and when we attempted to turn it back on it immediately tripped out which made the rooms chillier than we would have liked. The hot water was only luke-warm and there was no means of adjusting the temperature meaning that showering was not particularly pleasant.
The microwave oven was wired-in in a cupboard above the fridge-freezer which meant that even a taller person had to use the provided step-stool and removing the plates & food once heated was unsafe. It could only be accessed with the fridge door open. It would be safer and more convenient if the microwave were on the worktop or in one of the over-worktop cupboards. A cruet set with salt & pepper would have been a nice touch as would tablets for the washing machine.
There were no coathooks & no towel hooks/rail in the washroom and towel hooks in the en suite were designed for towels that have loops whereas the provided ones did not, resulting in towels frequenty falling to the floor. The en suite toilet seat was very loose.
While the picture & sound were good, the responsiveness of the lounge TV to the remote control was very slow making changing channels or using the TV guide tricky and HDMI sockets were inaccessible - a captive HDMI extension cable would add a nice option for guests to connect their own devices. Having a separate bedroom was a lovely feature as well but a smaller TV in there would have been appreciated.

Beautiful property, central to everything and had everything we needed and was really high spec. Make sure you book a highchair in advance as they need 48 hours. Our children did wake the neighbours at 6.30am so just be mindful about noise 🥲
