Excellent location, good value property and comfortable for a family with young children. Large cot provided which was perfect for a 2 year old. All the amenities needed for a short stay in the city. Good correspondence from the owner, thank you.
There was nothing we didn't like. Parking can be tricky at peak times as you can't always be close to the property which is a challenge with little ones but you can unload outside and move the vehicle later which works well if you have two adults. Parking restrictions are lifted Saturday evening so good for parking outside into Sunday.

Town centre location, the Cathedral is a 5 minute walk away, cosy living room, always warm, decent hot shower, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped (gas oven works if you wait a minute with the oven door closed), friendly hosts. We felt at home.
Tasteful Christmas decorations and lights added some color downstairs.
A few minus points worth mentioning, but the plus points make up for it - we would book again.
The house has seen better times and is a little delapidated, including evidence of leaks on the walls, there was a dehumidifier in one bedroom.
The 2 front bedrooms (twin downstairs, master upstairs) face the busy street.
Hopefully the squeaky doors will be oiled and the sliding toilet seat will be fixed.
Last point: not built for tall people, watch your head at the front door, upstairs and in the bathroom.

Everything was there that you needed. Very clean and tidy. Lots of room as well.
It was brilliant, maybe an outside chair or bench to drink your morning coffee.

This beautiful, quirky and quaint property is excellently located in the heart of historic Salisbury. It is clean and comfortable with everything needed as the perfect base with which to explore the city. Highly recommended.
It was perfect for our stay.

Lovely cottage with comfortable beds. Location could not be better as very close to the cathedral. Could have done with a couple of extra chairs for the dining area but otherwise fantastic

Very close to the cathedral. Lots to see and do in the area.
I misunderstood the parking rules and got two tickets - my fault, but I would have appreciated a warning.
Future guests, make sure you understand the rules and boundaries of Zone E!

Lovely historic home and an amazing location - just a few minutes walk into Salisbury city centre. It had a lovely warm and comfortable living area and good for a family of four. Great to have washing machine.
The bathroom probably needs a refresh - didn't like the wooden toilet seat for rental accommodation. But the accommodation was reasonably priced, so not really an issue. The kitchen is on the smaller side and the double beds were ok as my husband and I had one each, but maybe wouldn't recommend for two to sleep them.

The kitchen area with the outdoor space at the back was very nice and quiet. The old English style of the little cottage was absolutely charming.

The location is superb. Right next to the Cathedral and in the centre of the nicest part of the town. Lots of excellent restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance.
There is a little traffic noise but the double glazing sorts most of that out.
