Comfy home, great host, large garden, handy location.

Great for a child and dog friendly stay in Salisbury

The host is really helpful and communicative. The house is in a great location. There's plenty of parking. The garden is lovely. The kitchen is well-equipped. Every bedroom has a TV. The showers work well. Towels, bedding, tea and coffee are all provided. It's child and dog friendly. I'd recommend staying with a family.

Just be aware that the two reception rooms are open plan so, if you're sleeping on the sofa bed, you don't have a door between them.

Family weekend

Very welcoming and informative host. Spacious with enclosed garden that was safe for our dog. Very comfortable throughout and well equipped. Great to have space to park our 2 cars. Convenient shops nearby . The walk into Salisbury was very pretty and charming through the water meadows and past the old mill with views of the Cathedral. Excellent value and we would stay again

Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful garden with furniture and a large barbecue. Large and bright rooms. Lots of games to spend time in a very pleasant way. The owner (Andrew) gave us all the support to spend an extremely pleasant weekend

Good location. Spacious, very few properties in the area offer three rooms. 3rd room, suitable for kids - bunk bed. Thoughtful touches such as (medicine cabinet) throughout the house. Greta host.

Home away from home.

After a 9 hour drive from Scotland we arrived. Sadly we weren't able to make a holiday stay out of the house and village as we arrived late and had to leave early in the morning. We made Andrew our host aware of this and he couldn't have been more accommodating. He made sure we could get in the house in his absence and left us a very helpful welcome pack. The house was very clean and tidy and very comfortable. It felt like we were in any of our own homes which after a very long drive was exactly what we needed. We have no issues at all with our stay and will be coming back for our trip next year if the dates are available.

Nice walk into town but price per person makes sharing a room expensive.

Very close to my house when I needed extra space for guests, walkable across a beautiful country path via the Old Mill pub and Town Path into town.

I had booked the house for a week for 3 guests in 3 bedrooms at a cost of £1260. When we came to occupy, one person brought her partner to share her room. This just involved providing another set of towels. I was shocked to be asked for another £350 for the extra person. To be fair, the costing on the website included ‘number of guests’ - but I am used to booking a property rather than a per person charge and £350 for an extra set of towels seemed excessive. Juggling people and rooms to accomodate the pair of people in my own house added to my stress. I’d stated in correspondence that numbers might change but the extra charge came as a surprise by text after I’d collected the keys in person.

Relaxing weekend in Salisbury

Excellent location, fantastic communication by the owner and very grateful for the inital meet and greet. I had travelled down with my family from home after a busy working week and getting that quick orientation overview of the house and the printed instructions enabled the family members to quickly relax and enjoy the evening. We enjoyed a great weekend with our wider family in Salisbury.

☆Literally the perfect property☆

I absolutely loved everything, from the big lovely yard to the cozy, spacious house. The room with the king like bed was my favourite. Inside this property you will find absolutely everything you could possibly need, i really mean this, everything. If you come as a family with children, there's plenty of family games, board games and many more. And of course the best is kept for the final - The host is the most wonderful person i've ever met. So positive and most welcoming. For me was like i was talking to a friend that i know since forever. Overall my entire staying there with my Mrs was one of a kind! Totally recommend, it's jaw dropping!

I can't say nothing bad about it. Even if i try to think of something i just can't. This property is perfect, trust me! You WILL WANT to come back here, just like me!
