Great location and very well looked after property

The location is central. Great care was taken in making the property look and feel nice. The amenities all worked.

The property was a bit dated/dirty. The location on a busy road was noisy. There weren't many kitchen utensils.

We were able to visit Stonehenge , Avebury ring as well as many places in Salisbury.

Excellent location for city and cathedral and restaurants. But quiet enough at night.The house was warm and facilities worked well.

It was difficult for more than two of us to eat in kitchen at one time with just two stools. There is a fold out table with chairs under stairs.

Lovely house and great location

The location is amazing. Easy to get to and from station on foot. Shops nearby. The house is a lovely old building, adapted well for modern use.The little extras like the cereal, milk, tea coffee and sugar and the jams in the fridge; the towels and mini toiletries are all a lovely touch and definitely made us feel welcome. I hope we left it as good as we found it, so are welcome back on our next visit!

My only, very small issue, was a couple of pieces of cutlery from the drawer, weren't quite clean. But was easily solved with the provided washing up stuff

So in short the accommodation left a sour taste with us

Location to township

The back area had weeds chest height and rubbish on top of a bin. No out door table or chairs cigarette butts everywhere just yuk. The kitchen floor and lounge carpet together with the suite was terribly stained. We brought covers so we could feel comfortable sitting on the couches. No soap powder for washing clothes. No smart tv so one couldn’t even mirror movies as there was no netflix. The place had a horrible musty smell, the aircon wasn’t working so nights were terrible to sleep in.

Exactly location of the key box as there were lots of key boxes. Carpet could be cleaned downstairs & backyard could be improved by tidying and incorporating a bench or seating.

Back patio area was complete mess. Weeds, garbage in can, very unkept.

Comfortable and well located place for a short stay. Good value for money. Recommended.

Appreciated the coffee & tea supplied. Excellent location. Beds very comfortable. Owners welcoming and very responsive when contacted by email.

Gas central heating was difficult to activate. No BBC 1 channel available oddly. Could have done with some hooks in the bathroom. Power sockets in top bedroom rather difficult to access. Parking location wasn’t very convenient and payment system there was bewildering (not the owners fault of course).

Excellent location. Handy for shops, eateries and historical sites. Everything in walking distance. House clean, comfortable and well equipped. Booked on day of arrival - spur of moment decision - but everything was ready for us on arrival. Hosts very conscientious and welcoming.

one or two areas need a little TLC to update (kitchen flooring not stuck down properly and lifts when opening doors and could be trip hazard). Chunk of wall in upstairs landing needs attention. But non of this detracted from our stay.

A characterful place, but fully equipped and comfortable.

It took a while to get it warm. But they were very quick to respond to requests for help and it was soon sorted. Once it was warm it was toasty.

Fabulous location, just a short walk to the town centre. Lovely little house.

It can be a little noisy being right on the main road. It was cold when we stayed and the radiators weren't working efficiently, think they just needed bleeding.

Location great. Short walk to most places. Netflix available on the TV. Kitchen fully equipped. Cereal provided. Nice old building with a lot of character. Courtyard out back.

Salisbury Townhouse

The property was generally clean with a nice kitchen and lounge. Beds were comfortable. A good location and great communication.

In my opinion there should be a bit more information about disabled use. We were expecting one flight not two and the stairs were difficult to negotiate anyway. The bathroom was dated and the radiator stained and there was damage to the plaster on the second staircase.

Very close to city centre and provided everything we needed. Hosts were quick and responsive to queries. Great to stay in a 16th century property.

Great location in central Salisbury. Cosy house with good wifi and phone signal. The team were good at communication before and during the stay. Comfortable beds. Public Parking near by (you need to pay).

Sleeping accommodation is much more spacious than the living space, so great if you are mainly going out in the evenings

rapporto gestore/proprietario: eccellente. appartamento: si evolve su due piani (al piano terra piccolo salotto oltre cucina; al primo piano una camera da letto, bagno, senza bidet, vasca da bagno; al secondo piano una camera da letto; due scale di accesso ai piani ripide). Si trova in posizione centrale, la cattedrale è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, linee bus nei pressi, incluso per stonehenge, stazione ferroviaria raggiungibile in bus o a piedi circa 800 mt. a pochi metri dall'appartamento, c'è un locale dove abbiamo usufruito della colazione internazionale, in serata effettua anche servizio pub con musica. ad accoglierci una signora molto cortese che si è prodigata anche per assicurarci un servizio taxi da salisbury ad avensbury: il conducente curdo a sua volta molto gentile.
