The hotel has to be cheaper for what you get

Nothing, the hotel needs some renovations

The hotel it's pretty old, you can s3e that the owners haven't invested a penny in accomodations, repairs or anything at all, the parking is a nightmare

Good enough for a night and the price.

The location was pretty good, near to main avenues. The bedsheets were very clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. Hot water always. We felt very safe at the hotel and didn't hesitate to leave all our things in the bedroom.

The mattress was extremely old and we could even feel the springs coming out. Air conditioning didn't work. Roof fan didn't work, the staff was kind and lend us a stand fan. The pool was dirty and we couldn't use it. They don't sell any food, they don't have a restaurant in the hotel.

The pillows were like from 10 years ago They don't have hairdryer or iron The chairs for the pool are ripped and in bad condition and the walls inside the room were super dirty The shower didn't had a curtain and smelled very bad from the pipes I didn't even want to take off the sheets because I didn't want to see the mattress how bad it was

Absolutamente Nada

Un lugar insalubre, pasamos las peores dos noches que he pasado en un hotel, se sobre entiende que no es un lugar 5 estrellas cuando vez las fotos, pero es peor a lo que uno se imagina encontrar, cero mantenimiento por ningún lugar y sucio, tuvimos que comprar productos de limpieza para limpiar el baño. A la 1 de la mañana llegó un grupo y la persona de recepción le estaban mostrando los cuarto, un reunido que fue imposible dormir hasta que acabaron de hacer ruido.

Habitaciones sucias ,exceso de ruido música a volumen muy alto por parte del personal

Nada muy sucia la habitación demasiado ruido no se puede dormir ya que el personal sube y baja constantemente y ponen música a volumen muy alto a las 8 am lo que provocó que desde la primera noche de hospedaje buscará otra alternativa ,no ocupe las demás noches de estancia perdí mi dinero mala desición ese lugar

La limpieza no fue adecuada, las sábanas estaban sucias e insectos dentro de la habitación, el agua del aire acondicionado mojó gran parte del cuarto y no salía agua caliente de la regadera.

El hotel muy céntrico, tiene todos los servicios, estacionamiento, Internet 2 albercas, el personal que llega en la noche muy amable.

No servía el ventilador. No nos hicieron limpieza en los días que estuvimos. Fueron los únicos detalles

Buen descanso.

la respuesta por WhatsApp fue favorable a lo que necesitaba que era un refrigerador y me ofrecieron otra habitación, la recepción fue amable, si había agua caliente regadera, jabón, papel higiénico, refrigerador, barra, camas limpias, usamos un closet de metal limpio y perfecto para ropa y mochilas, contactos de luz, toallas limpias para cada huésped, TV, internet y ventilador. cuenta con estacionamiento y alberca. muy bien para dormir y desplazarte al mercado de Jojutla y balnearios de los alrededores.

Tardan un poco en responder whatsapp, Me falto preguntar por la disponibilidad de aire acondicionado , sin embargo me ofrecieron un ventilador que cumplió con lo cometido, no me comentaron del funcionamiento de la tarja en la cocineta de la habitación le faltaban llaves, la recepcionista no sabia de mi reservación y de la habitación que me habían asignado y dormimos bien, pero no pudimos usar los buro de lado de la cama ya que tenían polvo y telarañas,

Está ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad y del mercado. Mucho comercio alrededor para salir a comer o comprar cualquier artículo de primera necesidad.

Las instalaciones están terrible. Es muy evidente la falta de cuidado y mantenimiento del lugar. En el lugar se genera mucho eco en los pasillos y se escucha el ruido de la plática o música de otras habitaciones. La noche de mi hospedaje el encargado nocturno estaba viendo la televisión en volumen alto, y aunque se le dijo que no dejaba dormir hizo caso omiso y siguió con el ruido.

No me gustó nada, me llevé una muy mala experiencia, las instalaciones eran viejas y no tenían mantenimiento, no había luz en el lugar, la limpieza era pésima en la habitación. Pésima experiencia

Se fue la luz, la higiene era pésima, no le dan mantenimiento a las habitaciones, todo estaba deteriorado y sucio, se escuchaban los ruidos de los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas, al bañarse no había agua caliente. Pésima experiencia

Hotel sucio, lleno de polvo, telarañas, tijerillas y chinches por todos lados, y no tenía focos es increíble. Tuvimos que dejar el hotel por esos motivos yo se que no es un resort pero tampoco es para quedarte en un lugar así.
