Nice rooms for large groups and entire families, someone will have to take the bedstone

spacious rooms, TV cable, hot water, kitchen with frigobar, microwave, and stovetop. Price is affordable and they allow to keep using the waterpark and pool area after checkout.

Lack of trash cans in the parking lot and more common areas. The worst part in my stay was one King size bedroom with a VERY FIRM mattresses, like a stone bed. The other bedroom and the bunk beds had a regular firmness. One of the water toboggan was out of service, but the other 3 were on service most of the time.

Lugar tranquilo, desayuno riquísimo, el trato del personal muy cordia,l proactivo dando solución en todo momento.

Que en línea no aparezca que tipo de habitación estás reservando, ya que la que nos tocó inicialmente fue de mala experiencia debería aparecer opciones con fotos para poder escoger. También nos tocó que estaban realizando trabajos de remodelación dentro del lugar había muchos trabajadores y lodo muy incómodo Por fuera también construcción de edificio que da a la alberca.

CONSIDERO QUE EL LUGAR ESTA BIEN, PERO LAS LITERAS ESTAN MUY PEGADAS AL TECHO Y ES UN POCODIFICIL PARA ALGUIEN ALTO SUBIRSE AHI, COMENTE QUE ERAMOS ADULTOS, Y LAS MISMAS SIN PROTECIÓN PARA NIÑOS ESTA PELIGROSAS, RESPECTO AL DESAYUNO, NO DESAYUNE, FUE EN OTRO LADO.

Vayan pero no se queden,

Me gustó el lugar muy bonito, pedí cuartos juntos y no los dieron muy separados la tv rn un cuarto no servía, al principio se salía el agua del lavabo, en el cuarto donde me toco se metían las avispas , lagartijas, muchas hormigas hasta en la tapa del baño había, la tapa del baño era pequeña te sentabas y te pellizcada las piernas, había mucha telaraña por donde voltearas, claro los baños se ve que los arreglaron puerta de aluminio nueva, no cuentan con porta papel de baño, ni de jabón el cortinero del baño lo atoran con la ventana, no la puedes cerrar, claro la agua de la piscina super fría, y en el baño te bañas con agua fría xq es boiler solar y temprano no se calienta. El lugar bello pero los cuartos por el precio no lo valen

Lo que me gustó es que aceptan Mascotas eso es un gran plus para mí ya que me gusta viajar con mi mascota y que no cobran un precio excesivo por llevarla con nosotros

Son muy grandes las instalaciones y no hay mucho personal,lo que no me gustó fueron las colchonetas que tienen en el asoleadero alrededor de la alberca ya están muy quemadas por el sol y que no dan toalla para estar en la alberca, osea que si te bañaste debes sentarte en la toalla mojada que usaste

El hotel es un lugar bastante amplio , si cuentan con agua caliente , el desayuno que está incluido es muy completo todos los días te dan un guisado diferente ,también cuentan con servicio a la carta que es bastante variado y con muy buen sazón ,las instalaciones están bastante limpias aunque hay poco personal aunque hay personal haciendo construcción nuevas albercas todo el jardín está muy limpio así como el Área de la alberca lo mejor es que te permiten llevar a tu mascota y puede disfrutar de las instalaciones llevando siempre su correa , el personal es muy amable y siempre atento .

Lo único es que los colchones de los asoleaderos ya están quemados por el sol con una tapizada quedarían perfectos y falta una fumigada pues hay bastante moscas en el restaurante y mosquitos en los jardines entiendo que por la temporada de lluvias se incrementan .

Hay muchos insectos, no hay aire acondicionado, la limpieza es cuestionable y el personal y los servicios no están adecuadamente gestionados, nadie sabe que es la pulpería que con toda la intensidad piden ponérsela.

El lugar muy sucio,las instalaciones en mal estado comenzando por los aditamentos de la cabaña,en la zona de alimentos sucio y solo 2 productos para consumir a muy alto precio,en las albercas los camastros oxidados los toboganes rotos las escaleras para acceder a los mismos dañadas pudiendo causar algún accidente
